I decided on the spur of the moment to get a pedicure. I called to see if i could come in & the gentlemen who answered said sure. I arrived, checked in & looked at the colors while waiting about 5 mins for a chair. The chairs are very comfortable, full massage head to lower back. Brian did a great job on my claws lol it's been a while so he had to work hard. I showed him the dress I wanted to match & he picked the perfect shade of royal blue with a clear glitter accent. I said i wanted just a basic gel pedi & he even gave me a 5 min massage. It was only $47. I brought cash because I had seen the review about the credit card charge. I do have to say i completely understand the charge. Those credit card machines aren't cheap. Plus they placed a sign right at the sign in so you know up front. That's very upstanding. My only 1 complaint, which is not a deterant, is that i found a hang-nail on my lil pinky the next day that I had to pull that bled pretty good. I know it was accidental. I have been to diamond nails twice now for a pedicure and both experiences have been great. Staff is very friendly and I've gone in without an appointment and I am seated quickly. The salon is open and always very clean, my nails have come out great and that's what keeps me coming back and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to my monthly pedicures. Bad service!!! The owner is a joke! She couldn't even help me!!! Not even one store for this place. I made an appointment for eyelashes and I got here 20 minutes before. They made me wait until closer to my appointment time eventhough there was no customers. The person who was supposed to do my eyelashes said she was a little busy. She was talking to someone about real estate. SMH! Then she told me she couldn't do my eyelashes like I was asking. She said I should go somewhere else. I decided to try this nail salon out today. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. They left my hands soaking an alcohol for an hour and a half. At first I thought it was acetone to help remove my dip but they just didn't know what they were doing. I'm not even sure the person that did my nails was licensed. I let them finish my pedicure and once she started to do my dip she cut my thumbnail so short to my skin that I have to cut all my other nails off to match now. My fingers are burning from the alcohol and then the acetone that she put on them. And they still charge me for my pedicure which is absurd. I can't even believe how bad of an experience it was. Recently opened in the new stockdale ranch plaza and since it's so much closer to me than my old nail place, I wanted to give it a try. They have so many options for polishes and you can see it the moment you step into the door. Clean place. Friendly staff. Worst nail appointment of my life. I had natural nails with a very subtle neutral pink color gel. I was asked 3 times if I had acrylics or tips which I responded each time, no they are natural. Tech didn't even try to soak them off, used a dremel the entire time even though I let him know it was burning and hurting. They absolutely destroyed my nails. Had huge waves in my nail bed where it was thinned out so much. 9 months pregnant with the healthiest nails possible from 9 months of prenatal absolutely destroyed in 45 mins. I had to cut them completely off less then 24 hrs later because they were breaking. Will not be going back. read more

Went in for a set of acrylic nails, really excited to see a new location and try it out. I was seated quickly and had my nails done by Eric. He was very nice and took his time doing my nails, unfortunately during the service I had gotten nicked three times on my fingers. While the cuts themselves are not bad, it is not something you want to feel while paying $67. Not only that, an older man was standing in front of the counter ahead of me looking into the mirror. While doing so, he was plucking white hairs from the back of his head and dropping them onto the floor. When done checking out, I was given a gift from Eric. ***WARNING: Aggresive owner that put hands on two people including a MINOR*** I went to Diamond Nails and Lashes with my girlfriend to have her eyelashes removed because they were irritating her. The first day she had them, her eyes were swollen, red, and super puffy--something I know shouldn't happen after getting lashes. After the lashes were removed, there was still hard glue on her eyelid, as they had glued the lashes directly to her skin, and it looked like they might have used nail glue instead of proper lash glue. When we asked the owner (who replies to all the comments) for a refund, he refused. We then asked to see the credentials of the technician who did her lashes, but the owner got nervous, stumbled over his words, and gave us two different names--Kim and Emma. He hesitated and even asked why we wanted to see the license, which seemed strange since licenses are public information. After taking a picture of the "license", he insisted on taking a photo of her eyes without asking my girlfriend first. When we moved just a step away because we felt uncomfortable and did not know his intentions since he was getting aggressive, he physically GRABBED my PHONE as well as my FOREARM really tightly, leaving a red mark and bruise. The whole situation was especially disturbing because I am a MINOR he grabbed my girlfriends upper arm then grabbed me as if he was restraining us to not leave, he followed me to my car then her car which is extremely unsettling. This whole situation was recorded on video so owner cannot say otherwise. THIS OWNER IS AGGRESSIVE AND CAN NOT CONTROL HIS TEMPER DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HE MIGHT GRAB ALL OF YOU GUYS IF YOU WERENT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. read more

I purchased a gift certificate for a luxury package that included pedicure, manicure, massage, heat wraps, etc. I paid $99 for the package then added an extra 20 in case my wife wanted jel polish and could apply $10 for a tip. I purchased this for her birthday. When she went in to get it done. They did not do all the services of a luxury and charged her $130 which did not include a tip or any extras. I called them to find out what happened and the lady just spoke in circles and we never did get anything resolved. She finally said they will give her 10% next time she comes in. While she was there, another lady was arguing about the price of her bill. Also, where they up sold her on things she didn't want. We were excited because this place just opened down the street from our home and it would be a good place to go. Looks like we will continue to go across town to avoid the confusion that appears to be going on at this location. On a positive note, the technician who did her nails did a good job unfortunately, the upsell on pricing and the misrepresentation on the packages. Very nice inside, really comfortable chairs! The woman who did my hard gel manicure did a wonderful job. She hadn't heard of the ballerina shape but it turned out perfect! The sore on my hand was there when I went in. For my pedicure they cut my toe nails down the sides, which I've never seen getting a pedicure. I've never had ingrown nails so I'm hoping they don't start now. He cut really far in on two of my toes and then covered it with the nail polish. I peeled it back and saw how far he cut, and saw that he covered the raw skin part with polish. It hurts and is very sore. Just be sure to ask them to only cut horizontally. read more

I came in to get an acrylic removal and he literally picked them off... I should have asked for a soak off, but I honestly didn't think people were still using tips to peel under acrylic nails anymore?! It literally ruined one of my nails which is still growing out. I haven't been able to paint over my nails yet due to him ripping my acrylics off. There was a huge hole in my nail and it hurt. Literally paid for the nail tech to damage my nail. I should have said something, but he was talking the entire time and trying to up charge me and get me to get gel x, also talking about other services they had. I had even said multiple times that I did not want anything on my nails because my work doesn't allow it. I finally got a clear coat because he kept telling me it will help protect my nails. Very pushy and still did not get what I wanted, instead my nails were damaged when I left. Sadly I will never be returning. Why can't we go into a nail shop and get what we ask for without trying to be upcharged or sold other products. read more
