He has done acryllic nails with gel, gelx, removed my nails and put them back on so many times (he's extremely patient) and he's done my pedicures. He is very meticulous and kind. Amazing nail salon! They truly care and give you a great manicure/pedicure. They actually buff your callouses, massage your legs, and make your nails look amazing. They also use high quality nail polish that lasts just slightly more than a week. I loved the high end feel of this place. I don't think this salon has been cleaned since they opened. It's absolutely filthy. So much clutter at every station, there's not even space for your hands. I know that nail salons can be dusty. But this is unreal. There isn't a standard of cleanliness or sanitation. Even the bathrooms are dirty and grimey. They've never been professional cleaned. Dirty, dusty, and scummy. Toilet paper just sitting on the back or the toilet for everyone's hands to touch. Cheapest hand soap I've ever used. It's so watered down it squirts right at you. It probably doesn't have any antibacterial properties. Techs are rude and not professional. The man working on my nails was in the middle of buffing one hand and got up without saying a word, grabbed his stuff, and moved two seats over to start working a woman who just walked in. And just left me sitting there, waiting, without knowing what was going on. They eventually moved me to someone else but it was bizarre. Every tool has been heavily used. If you look at my other reviews I tend to post positively. However I can't say that is the case for this situation. My group of 7 came in for pedis and a few manis with an appt. The service was not great. One pedi was very quick bc the tech had another appt she needed to do. No hot stone and spent maybe 15 minutes. The technician I had did not know how to paint nails leaving a large gap along the cuticles. Another technician began clipping my daughters nails without asking her if she wanted them clipped or filed. She was so upset that she just began clipping them very short. She was growing them out. I was not impressed and won't be back. We voiced our concerns without much feedback. read more

Made an appt for 3 people at 1:30pm. At 2:15pm we finally got a chair.....and were separated. They told us there were no chairs together (yet an entire row of 5 were empty). Why make an appt when in reality you "get what you get"? Nice facility, terrible service. read more

If you want to feel bad about your choice in manicure then this place is the place to go. There are many nail techs but the few I interacted with would only use drills and made my cuticles bleed on multiple occasions. I asked for my cuticles to be taken care and they said my service would be extra. Cuticle care is a normal part of a nail apt that I have experienced nation wide. If you want to leave with burned finger nail beds, bleeding fingers, and dull dip manicures this is the place to go. I went 4 times to give this place a chance and they ignored my requests of being careful since my fingers have gotten so beaten up by them. Greatly disappointed. I had such a great experience here. They were sure to ask me what I wanted and made sure to confirm all choices with me. The overall visit was very nice, the place was beautiful and everyone was very polite. The gentleman at the front desk was a great fit for the position and super bubbly. I have tried this place about 4-5 times......my first time was nice, but 2nd time the dip did not last, I had one finger that the dip just came right off and my finger nails started to peel away from the dip, I went and had some one else do my nails due to the first girl was out on vacation and the 2nd girl did Ok, at least it lasted but it was not shaped right, it was uneven, so i want back to the 1st girl and I was trying to explain the issues.,........ that the dip chipped off completely and my finger nails started to peel away from the dip and gloss coat was dull due to scratches and was wondering why it was doing that and I never had that problem before at other salons . She had my hands soaking the dip off and she said i washed my hands too much????????? REALLY!!!!!!!! and then got up and went to the counter and came back and said that the other girl was busy and what did I want to do.......??????.......REALLY!!!! My hands were soaking...............she had coped an big time attitude ...... ........she did not speak to me the whole time.................well less then a week later I had a chuck of dip chip off and when I went in to get it fixed the manager stated out loud that I had seen the first girl and I look over at her and she was over there shaking her head NOOOOOOO and had a mean look on her face............SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! So someone else fix it and he was very nice ................ So I decided to try someone else that I was told was gentle.............well that was a BIG mistake.........she was rough with my cuticle when doing a mani and then when she went to shape my nails she made me bleed a little by dremeling my cuticles raw (I left in tears because my cuticles HURT SO MUCH) and i asked for a design for fall and she used stickers.......SHE DID NOT TELL ME THAT SHE COULD NOT TO HAND MADE DESIGNS...................I am very disappointed............I had told her to be careful due to I have eczema and being rough with my cuticles would make me break out..................I will not be going back!!!!!!!!!!! AND I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And tell all my Friends to NOT GO THERE......... read more
