Every single time I go to this place, I go in hoping they might have improved, but nope, I'm wrong…read moreevery time. I literally let my brows grow out for weeks so they have enough hair to work with and can shape them properly. Yet somehow, every single time, my two brows come out looking completely different from each other. I clearly explain that one of my brows was previously messed up by someone else, and I very politely ask them to either fix it or leave enough hair on the other brow so they can at least look similar. But when they're done, there is still a MASSIVE difference between them. I understand that eyebrows are never going to be perfectly identical, but mine look completely different, and anyone can tell. I honestly don't understand how it's this difficult to find someone who can consistently do brows properly. Sometimes they do a decent job, and then the next time they completely ruin the shape again. Once too much hair is removed, there's nothing you can even do except wait weeks for it to grow back. It feels like there's no attention to detail, they just want to get through clients as quickly as possible and move on to the next person. I genuinely don't understand how people get hired to do brows professionally while putting this little care into their work. I'm tired of growing my brows out for weeks just to have them messed up all over again.

I was not only taken by surprise as I have been a loyal long time customer (we're talking over 15 years) and have always tipped generously. This day, I became furious. The worker here (one in particular) acts if they are doing you a favor when you are paying them for a service. She does all but roll her eyes when you come in for treatment. The least they can do is be courteous. I have taken my business elsewhere. Wouldn't waste your time.

Can I give no stars? I mean , this was hands down the worst experience I have EVER had in a nail salon , hiring people that unprofessional to work should be not legal. I had a full set of acrylic done and she did it so bad that it looks like I have a set of shovels instead of nails on my hands, when I got home the gel paint had already start peeling off. Really????? Advice to you wanting to go there, RUN AWAY from that place , and to you the owner, don't hire people because they are your family or friend , hire people that can do the job or go in to another type of business before you get yourself in some type of lawsuit , you are ripping people off. read more

I have never left a nail shop so upset in my life. I literally wanted to cry when I saw how messed up and thick my nails are. I just wanted to leave so bad after almost two hours of her trying to put chrome on my nails but it wasn't happening. After like 7 layers of clear coat to try to get it to stick she asked if it was ok. I just wanted out of there ASAP so I could get my nails fixed somewhere else by someone else. I guess I'm way to nice to make a big deal of how unhappy I was but I'm not about drama so I just paid her and left. My daughter asked why I tipped her & honesty I'm not an a-hole. worst nail place i have ever went to. They urged me to add a flower and then i finally gave. well one took up the whole nail and the other was tiny. the lady even joked about how that one was huge and the other was tiny and was being pretty rude especially since she said she wasn't going to redo it!! she just let me walk out like that. I've been coming here often and I'm never disappointed with the quality of the service that is given here! I recently came about last Monday to the salon to get a pedicure and of course I'm greeted by the friendly workers here. They pointed me to the back to choose what type of colors I wanted and they had various different options to choose from. I was in Fairfield today even though I live in Vacaville and dropped by here for the first time. Needless to say, the location here has a lot of parking space and the business itself was very clean from the inside. I got a manicure and pedicure here from Holly and she always does a superb job at handling my nails and feet. The workers here are friendly and don't make me feel rushed at all! I don't know what happened to the shape of my nails but they weren't square (which I originally wanted) and they weren't round? They were just not great... I was unhappy with them but I am not the type to complain. Her work was definitely a tad slower than what I am used to. After she put the acrylic on, they asked me to move to a different station and Kim took over (who I had last time). She could tell I was unhappy with the shape but I said it was okay, but she insisted she could fix it and asked which shape I wanted. She definitely fixed them and I was MUCH HAPPIER! She literally saved my nails, and my day! She is quick, clean and detailed. Though my nails are shorter than I originally wanted them due to all of the filing, they are at least shaped nicely and look clean! I will be back, but will be requesting Kim!

The kind lady to answered the phone asked how many people and what time worked best for me. I told her that I was thinking 10 am, but if she could get the two of us in at the same time then 1030 would work. I then asked their pricing. She said $30 regular pedicure, $40 gel pedicure. This was a better price than I had been quoted at other salons, so I confirmed the 1030 slot and off we went. The shop is located in a massive former salon right next to AutoZone. When we arrived, there were signs on the door that stated that masks were required to enter. This was fine by me except for the fact that I only had my kids masks in the car . Luckily, I have a small face and made it work. When we went to enter the establishment, the door was locked, but a lady, who I later found out was Loan, quickly shuffled over and welcomed us in. She asked us to be seated while she finished with a client and I browsed through the standard gel polish offerings. We were then seated at the massage chairs and asked to place our feet in the basins while the water warmed up. Mary assisted my guest with their pedicure while Loan worked on my feet. Loan selected massage setting for us both as the remotes were locked in behind the chairs. This was something I hadn't seen before but if you are someone who likes to choose their own settings, it is something to keep in mind. The pedicure session was great. I am super ticklish and she made sure to not be too rough with my feet. The Cherry Berry color looked exactly how I wanted, so I asked for a gel manicure as well since it was $25. This is where things were not so good. My left hand came out perfectly. I chose Autumn Leaves and Champagne Gold, both with glittery sparkles. My right hand left more to be desired. It is now just over 8 days since my visit and the edges around my cuticles have already lifted and chipped off. The gel color doesn't go all the way to the side edges of my nail and it very easy to see the areas where the polish distribution wasn't even. Overall, I would return. The ladies are very sweet and welcoming. I would recommend Loan for pedicures and Mary for manicures.
