I came here out of convenience because it was the one place that would take me as a walkin, as I was excited to get my nails done for the first time in almost a year. (I'll post my inspo pic and what the results were) I don't remember the guys name but he was nice and decently..professional while he was doing my nails, he offered to give me a discount on my nails and dropped the price to $80, which was greatly appreciated. The shape wasn't what I asked for but I wasn't going to complain because I was just going to buy a nail file and shape them myself because rarely when I would go get my nails done the shape was never what I asked for so I learned to fix them myself. The design was great actually I was very happy with it but my issue is with the integrity of the nails, whatever it's called idk but one popped off the day after I got them done, and I'm PRETTY SURE that means that they weren't done properly because I was just putting stickers on the shelves at work which barely bumping it shouldn't pop the entire nail off including base with no damage to the nail. So I was like oh well whatever and went on with my day, along with the next couple days where a couple more nails popped off. I didn't have a next day off till the following Monday so that's when I called and talked to the guy who said he was put in charge by the owners. Over the phone he said he understood and he believed me and asked me to bring the nails in, I had told him I had already just started picking the other ones off because I don't want them fixed and if possible just half money back, which I understand nobody wants to give a refund on an hour and a half worth of nail work but that's $80 for 4-5 days of nail wear. When I could've just bought $10 press ons and had those last a week. The whole time he held over my head that he could've charged me more but he gave me a discount...and I still would've come back. I would've asked for more back..like damn. Anyways I went in and showed him the nails and pretty much to sum it up he called me a liar. Called another nail tech over to rate his doing on the one single nail I had left on my hand and I had to explain the situation to her. So he sat there called me a liar and told me "you know if you're in a rough spot and really need the money I don't have an issue giving it back" and when I said alright I mean if that's what you wanna hear for me to get a refund and then he told me the policy is "no refunds" then talked her me got extremely rude with me and then asked me what I wanted. So I said calmly. "$40" and he insinuated that I'd have to be down bad to really want that $40 back so I said "ok sure I'm down bad I'm in a rough spot" and he said that's all I had to say and handed me the money. The whole point of this is for someone to do such an absolute shit job on someone's nails and then turn around and embarrass you in front of the other clients in the store?! Don't waste your money here. Don't waste your time. read more

After an unpleasant experience at a salon on Summerlin, I went straight from there looking for a place and found Diamond. It's a big beautiful clean salon and I happened to hit just the right tech b/c she gave me a beautiful gel/dip nail which is gorgeous. Nina was pleasant and professional and I loved that she didn't soak my existing gel off in acetone, but used a product on the gel alone and it slid right off my nails without further compromising their weak nature. I'm very pleased with the results and will go back to Nina. My nails have found their new home. read more

I have had several pedicures here. I splurged and booked an appointment along side my sister. We both enJOYEd their Diamond Pedicure Spa special. We started off with a glass of wine, shared laughs and giggles. We had our barefoot beasties smoothed and polished. Our nasty beach feet were transformed into Barefoot Goddess feet that any man would love to hold in their hands and provide a (half-assed) massage. The Diamond team gave us hot stone massage, paraffin hot wax, and gel polish that will last for a very long time. I prefer to visit once a month to bathe in their professionalism of caring for my feet. My feet are my connection with Mother Earth and are endless grounding without shoes. I'm looking for a new place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg (giggle!) so I stopped into this fairly new place (3 months open, my technician said). Very nice establishment, clean and pretty on the inside! They were not busy, but a little hidden unless you are looking for them. They are currently offering a 20% off deal which brings their prices to reasonable. I asked for a French mani-pedi and was priced $45 and then $9 off for the special. Nice! She seated me and began working. Normal pedi procedures except she didn't spend a lot of time on my actual feet, focusing more on my nails. I like a thorough scrubbing of my feet since I spend a lot of time standing in them. The French painting went very well. Perfect lines and she was really meticulous on the painting. Great job! The nails were next and although she appeared to take her time, I was not impressed with the end result. These wont last more than a day at most with very little too coat. Better than my previous place, but still not what I am looking for. read more

The gentleman who did my Mani Pedi actually cut me so that I bled. The minute he finished my nails he grabbed his blue basket of equipment with my blood on it and went to use it on another lady sitting in the pedicure chairs. That has got to be against health code. I watched him with my own eyes pick up the dirty equipment and walk over and begin to use it on another person. At first I thought that he would probably sterilize it well her feet were soaking however as my nails were drying I watched him and that equipment was never removed from the small blue plastic basket which he took from my manicure table. I went there two times, the first time they really try to upsell you on having more work done than you want. Even when you say no they ask again. Unfortunately I will never go back. read more

After recommendations from coworkers and a gift card, I decided to check out Glamour Nails. I was told to see Ann/Anna (the owner) but since I was a walk in she was already booked for the day. I ended up getting a pedicure and dip manicure. The service was definitely mediocre and the manicure stations were extremely cluttered and rather filthy. In addition to the poor cleanliness of stations, after one week my Dip Powder Manicure started to peel off. Definitely dirty. The instruments they were using on me were not freshly sanitized. Pedicure was mediocre. Not the worst I've ever had. Got a gel mani as well. Nail tech was so rough she made me bleed then squirted some weird blue solution that burned to make it stop. Gel is clumpy. I was excited they had opi gels for nails but when asked if they had the newest line of colors they looked at me like I was clueless. I wouldn't go back. Was $50 total for pedi & gel mani. read more

I had used Glamour nails before and was pleased. My last visit in February 2019 was terrible. The person I had was very rough. If I remember correctly her name was Rosie. She hurt doing my pedicure. She then talked me in to having the SNS manicure (dip your nails in powder like product). It was a terrible experience. While getting my nails prepared she cut one and hurt very badly. I didn't like the finished outcome but just wanted to get out of the salon. After about a week and a half I went back and wanted them removed. I got the same person who kept questioning why I wanted it off. Finally she took it off but it was a painful experience. Not only that, my nails are in horrible shape now. She took layers off of my nail bed and they still look bad and I had this done over two months ago. I will never go back and advise anyone thinking about going there to find another salon. Horrible experience!! If I could give it less than 1star I would. read more

I have an issue with an ingrown toenail, and I come in every two weeks to keep it cut back. These people are very gentle and careful to make it as pain-free as possible. They aren't talkative, but they do an excellent job. Highly recommend them!! read more

After a few triials which failed, I went to Glamour Nails. I selected it primarily because of the reviews. Sam, my technician was A++++. I had a mani and pedi and the gentleman that did my nails was kind and gentle and took his time to do a great job. The place is very clean and welcoming. They offer you something to drink from water to soda or wine! There was no wait and the price was extremely reasonable, $35 for getting both the mani and pedi.
