I used to frequent this location prior to the pandemic and loved this spot. This is my second time in 30 days and I will never return. This was such a horrible experience for a service that is supposed to be relaxing. I took my daughter (7) grandmother (92) and asked how long to wait to have our nails done around the same time so they don't have to wait too long. They told me in 20 min we can be serviced together, so we waited. The tech did my nails first and was completely rushed and rude since I didn't want gel on my toes or extra services.towards the end of my 30 min pedi I kindly asked if she was the only tech that was going to do all three of our nails because they had my grandmother and daughter sitting in chairs without any nail techs. She kept assuring me other techs were going to come but they didn't. Cleary she planned to rush through mine, then the rest of my groups and hoped we wouldn't say anything. When she finished mine and wanted to start my grandmothers, I told her we will make an appt to return as my grandmother was getting tired and didn't want to start her service after mine was already done. She turned completely rude and called us cheap. I couldn't believe it. They have gone so down hill I was shocked and didn't even give a response. As I left, I thought the best thing to do was spare the next patron of this location the hassle. I'm guessing The place is Walmart is probably a better bet! They don't care about customer service whatsoever it's very sad they just want to turn and burn clients for a business that people go to with hopes to relax and enjoy not to mention walk away with pretty nails but mine was no better than I can do myself! read more

I attended diamond nails they took over an hour to do a pedicure while I was sitting in the sea the water was cold and The job was badd I got my nails done they did not cut the cuticles the job was very sloppy they charge way to much when it was time to pay to over charge me $48 I didn't notice till I left and when I return to the shop she gave it back cache when I paid with a debit I return for a fill knowing that I shouldn't have but they did a glow in the dark powder that other shops didn't do so I was kind of stuck with them for one fill the try to charge me $35 just for a fill!!! I was charged about 120 for myself and another person. I had no design on mine and the other persons nails were done so thin that one broke off the same day I honestly want a refund. And then they demanded a tip as well . Mine are uneven as well. Everyone that has seen my nails ask me where I went so they stay away from there. Went for the first time, made an appointment because I was looking forward to going back for my second appointment. My appointment was at 6 and I walked in at 5:50 and the person who's suppose to do my nails is still putting acrylic on the client and was no where near done. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and instead of telling me he couldn't do what I wanted, he tried and got upset when I didn't like what he did and asked for some modifications. I hear great rounds about Jack. I'm sure he does a great job. Unfortunately the nail tech who I got was incredibly bad. The nails look ok from far but once you really look. They are not done well. First off, the female nail tech did not know how to properly use acrylic. She didn't know how to taper the base of the nail so she proceeded to use the nail drill with a metal bit. With that she tried to fix the base and tried to taper my nails but she also cut seven out of 10 of my Fingers. I told her several times that she was hurting me and she just kept saying sorry. I also was left with a ton of products on my fingertips end it was overall sloppy job I wouldn't of come here if I would've known these were going to be my results. I won't be coming back to this place. They also overcharge. Every nail tech is friendly and incredibly talented. We have done a variety of styles with our nails and they always look amazing and last! I've been here multiple times for a pedicure and every time I leave disappointed. They never cut my nails even or short enough even when asked to cut them very short. The lady smudged my nail polish then had the audacity to ask me if it was okay she leave it. How unprofessional! I am extremely disappointed with this place after having multiple people recommend them and repeatedly giving them another chance. $33 for a basic pedicure that is horrible is not worth it! My brother and I came here for a gel mani and a mani pedi. Everyone was so nice! They talked to my brother for a while and made us feel very welcome. My gel mani by Demi turned out perfectly and the place was very clean and smelled amazing. I even got a bonus hand massage at the end! I don't know where to start. I've never written a review before but I guess I'm starting on a bad note. I had someone by I believe the name of Jason, he was nice and tried the best of his ability but I stated from the beginning exactly what I wanted, and was told they could do it down to the last detail and when it was time to do the design they didn't have the black glitter I wanted. I asked for tapered square (skinny square) and they are just square. I was literally balling my eyes out because I was excited to get my nails done for my birthday and they look horrible. Please don't believe the Instagram posts !!! They led me in but it was all false. I'm just so disappointed. I came all the way from Joshua tree. Just look at the photos . Tried this place about a week in a 1/2 ago. I went in for a fill and a pedi. Pedi was good, massage part of the pedi did lack some. More like light leg rub. Chair was comfortable and water temp was good. I thought the fill looked good. The next day one snapped right in half. No biggy, nails break all the time. I went back for a repair and they were very nice about it. Fixed it at no cost. Two days later another nail broke. I again went back for a repair and they again fixed it at no cost. 4 days later another nail broke. I've never had three nails brake before.. so I called to make an apt and figured I mine as well get another fill. Made an apt for 11:00. Arrived at 10:50. At 11:20 I was still waiting... I said ok forget the fill I don't have time now just get the nail fixed. At 11:45 I got the one nail fixed. Now today. One day later another nail broken. I don't know if it cheap stuff they are using or what but I have NEVER had this prob. The staff is very nice but I've had to go back to the shop 3x for repairs.. unfortunately I would not go back. Worst customer service! I came in to do a manicure and pedicure with my daughter. They sat me in the pedicure chair and had me put my feet in. First issue, the water was ice cold. Second issue, she walked away and started doing someone's nails that had walked in after me. I figured she was going to come back in a few minutes to attend to me BUT she didn't. She saw me take my feet out of the cold water ( that should've been a hint) that something was wrong. After sitting there for more than 15 minutes. I went to go sit next to my daughter getting her pedicure. That is when another technician asked if I was going to get a manicure. I told her I wasn't so she told me she needed my seat. OVERPRICED. I expected better service considering its palm springs. They can't even do basic gel nails. I asked for a gel pedicure, my great toe nail was short since I broke it . I asked for acrylic on it as I've done before in the past in this same location and there was no problem. The lady doing my pedicure said I didn't need it . There was 5 other people waiting for pedicures and only two staff members doing pedicures . The owner came around to prep another seat for another person and she exchanged words with the person doing my pedicure . The owner the said "I shouldn't get acrylic because it ruins your nails" super unprofessional to not care what the customer wants and give half ass pedicures because your too busy . (I added the screenshot of our messages) so I get there and some other woman tells me Tiffany doesn't come in till 10 and she asks me if anyone can do my nails and I say sure. She has some man named Vincent work on my nails and I show him the design I want on my nails that I'm paying for and he tells me no I don't think want to do that it just looks weird and then hes telling me to do it with just two fingers the design (when I wanted all of them with a design) he starts talking to the other nail tech right next to him about the way I want my nails looks weird so I'm mad af already and I go on my phone and start scrolling and showed him the first nails that appeared on my newsfeed and he says yeah I can do that when it's the simplest thing ever I mean the lady right next to me was getting the same thing. While he's doing my nails he's ripping them off damaging my nails more than they already are and he kept hitting my skin under my nails while he was filing I had to pull away from him a couple of times. today is the day after and my finger nails are still in so much pain. It has been a while since I have had a Manicure and Pedicure. Did my research for a good salon and I am so excited to have found this place. What a great experience. Demi did a French Manicure on me and my nails look Fabulous! Ann did a French Pedicure and my toes look Awesome! The price for both was so reasonable, the salon is really nice and comfortable, the service was spot on, what more can I say. I really need to treat myself more often. I've been hesitant about writing this review but I hope it helps somebody & saves people their money. I booked an appointment after seeing their work on Instagram (DON'T BE FOOLED), and when I got there he was very sloppy, fast, and careless. He cut my finger. Didn't shave down my nails, they were crooked, lumpy, they were truly embarrassing to walk around with. It was overall a terrible experience. I posted them on Instagram which of course they didn't repost on their Instagram page because they only pick and choose what they show their audience, not the horrible work that's being done there. Regardless if it's a new customer or a loyal customer for years they need to treat everybody with the same courtesy and not just do a sloppy job to get them out the door. I recommend you look another place & don't waste your time and hard earned money here you'll REGRET it. Also, when I went to go take them off (at a different salon) they lady asked if my friend was practicing on me. I responded no that I went to DIAMOND NAILS & she laughed. She said they were horrible nails, extremely thick, she compared them to gumdrops. She also said, "good thing you're getting them off they are no good." My underneath nails were bruised. Went in to get a pedicure and left with a side of my toe bleeding. My toe is very irritated and hurts tremendously. No apologies were given to me. Got a pedicure here right before Easter. I enjoyed the fact they offer you bottled water, very nice touch on a hot day. My pedicure turned out well and the lady doing my nails was lovely. Only downside is the foot massage, or lack there of. I will return though, because it is nice location and clean. read more
