Without a doubt the worst mani-pedi I have ever had. The pedicure took 10 minutes and that was with a 5 minute soak. She did the manicure from the pedicure chair with no soak for the cuticles. She did both hands from one side. She pulled my arm across my chest to do the other hand from the same spot. The nail clippings were all over my shorts. To top things off she got lotion all over my shorts. I said I had had enough. I saw empty manicure stations. Don't they seat customers in chairs here to do their nails? I didn't get/want any polish and was in and out in 20 minutes. What a waste of $51.
Horrible!!!! I didn't go to my normal spot United nails in cathedral city because they are closed on Sundays, so I came to this location, the man who did my toes was very sweet but not good at his job he left my toes so uneven and extremely short so I left crying. I called the manager and let him know how bad they where he said he could fix them but boy when I came back he was in a bad mood that he had to fix them then left the big toes even shorter and not the shape I asked for. After that he sent me back to the guy who messed up my nails the first place after I clearly stated I did not want to go to him. At the end of it all I'm so pissed I will NEVER come here again worst experience. I will just go to my normal spot from now on ! I'll post a picture of what I wanted vs what I got
I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but I had the worst and most violating experience I've ever had at a nail salon here and want to want people to be informed about what type of experience they might have before they go. I got a mani/pedi. I'm not sure the name of the tech, but she had glasses and artificial red, shorter hair. Towards the end of my service when she was finishing up my manicure, she turned her cart and I was shocked to see her cell phone propped up on the cart, live-streaming me. I saw my entire body and face on camera on her phone with a green recording light and saw people commenting/liking. I then noticed she had one AirPod in and I believe was listening to people comments or something like that. I felt completely violated and realized I had most likely been on camera the entire time, being live-streamed, without my consent. I unfortunately didn't realize this until she was just about done as her phone was hidden most of the time. She turned the cart around where I couldn't see the screen anymore when I believe she noticed that I had realized I was being filmed. Ready to get out of there as quickly as possible, I picked up my handmade leather sandals that I had just gotten on a recent trip to Greece (and only worn for the second time) only to realize she had spilled some sort of oil/liquid all over the sandals and ruined them (pics attached). I asked her what happened and she scoffed at me, rolled her eyes, and said, "it's only water." Hoping she was correct, and still ready to get out of there as quickly as possible, I just went up and paid so I could leave. I got out cash for a tip and asked for change, but she just took my money, said thanks, and turned around and quickly walked away never to return. It was at this point I finally looked at my nails. They were all jagged and cracked at the ends, uneven, and most of them had huge scratches from being dremmeled incorrectly with only tiny spots of shiny buff here and there. It looked as though I had gone outside and scratched my nails on the concrete to shorten them and they were 10 times worse than when I had come in, just needing my nails trimmed and rebuffed from a previous manicure a week ago. I then noticed my toes were just as bad if not worse, and my feet were bleeding in three different places (see previous pics). I've had a bad manicure here and there where I wasn't super happy and just decided I'd never come back to that place, but this was so horrible I asked to speak with someone. I believe it was the owner or manager that I ended up dealing with who was very nice and did her best to fix my nails for about 20 minutes, but there was only so much she could do because the previous tech had filed everything down so short and jagged. She just kept looking at my nails and saying how sorry she was the whole time. I thanked her for trying to fix them and left, feet still bleeding and pretty shaken up about being live-streamed earlier on who knows what website.... I can confirm that two days later my feet are still very sore and beaten up (and will take a while to heal) and whatever it was that was spilled on my and ruined my brand new custom-made and irreplaceable sandals is still there as there are still huge stains/splotches everywhere. Although the owner/manager was very nice and apologetic and I can't speak to the skills or professionalism of the rest of the employees, I will never be going back here again and I hope my review provides you with the insight needed to make a wise decision if you're thinking about getting service here.

The lady doing my nails had a bad attitude and roller her eyes after I asked her to be more gentle. I chose the color on the attached photo and got the color on a wonky nail that she didn't file or lay down properly. I swear I am so done with salons doing the worst job possible. Do yourself a favor and find a good nail tech on Facebook or Instagram.

Dom did my nails and absolutely killed it. He was super detail-oriented, took his time, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. You can tell he really cares about his work and takes pride in what he does. My nails came out flawless! The whole experience didn't feel rushed at all, and the quality is definitely worth it. If you're going to Sky Nails, I highly recommend asking for Dom--you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Nice and clean interior. I stopped in briefly for a quick wax and they were able to take me on a busy Saturday afternoon in about 10 minutes. I would definitely go there again when in the area. Very friendly staff. read more

Love this nail salon! The staff is always very nice and they all do a great job! My mom, my sister, and I have been going here for years and we won't go anywhere else. I frequently get pedicures and acrylic sets here, and they always turn out great. The last time I went, I got an acrylic set. I showed John a picture I got off of Pinterest of what I wanted my nails to look like. He made it look exactly like the picture and I was so happy; they turned out wonderful! Definitely recommend coming here! read more

It was my first time to visit Sky Nails. The ladies were really nice, Lyn especially. When my nails were done, I wasn't happy with the way they turned out. I had to call and tell them I wasn't happy the way my nails looked, the color wasn't evenly spread out. Lyn was so nice to accommodate me and told me that she will change it. She and another lady "redid" my nails and they were so beautiful. Thank you so much! read more

Sky nails is great and welcoming. I've been coming here since 2012 and I've never had a bad experience with them, lots of deluxe pedicures to choose from and facials too! Really consistent work so if you're looking for something for the long run come here read more

First the positives: my French gel pedicure looks very good and the price was reasonable at $35. The salon is clean and the staff are professional. It was a Sunday afternoon and I called at 1 pm to see if they had an opening for a gel pedicure. I was told to come at 3 pm which I did but it was still busy. I waited another 15 minutes for them to seat me and another 20 minutes sitting in a chair waiting for someone to start my toes. I understand it was busy and I had chemicals on my toes to get the gel off but it does not take 20 minutes as I get my toes done with gel every month. I finally had to ask the manager or owner if someone was going to work on my toes as I did have an appointment later in the day. He did get someone to work on my gel pedicure immediately. The pedicurist did a thorough job. I left happy. I will come back soon to see if the wait and length of time was chemicals on my toes was a fluke. read more

My favorite nail professional is Nina. She's so friendly, so patient, and always does a good job. I usually get a pedicure (#3 Bella) and it's amazing. The orange scrub is great. This time I also got acrylic nails with chrome color and I love them so much!! read more

OMG! DONT GO! I had the worst experience of my life today in regards to a spa/nail salon/etc. Where to start. I'll try to summarize it very accurately. I should start by saying the police had to be called. Maybe that will grab your attention. I went in for an acrylic gel fill and color. And a super basic pedicure with color. I showed pics and expressed that I wanted a deep candy apple red French tip or "garnet red". He said no problem, what I was asking for was pretty straight forward. As he begins to apply the color I told him I hated hit, it was ORANGE. He ignored and continued to do all my nails and told me it would darken. As I noticed it wasn't, I expressed how unhappy I was and wanted the color I asked for. He completely ignored me and hurried me off for the next client. When I got to the woman who does the pedicures, she admittedly said they were different colors. I tried to be kind, and told her I was so unhappy thinking maybe there was a language barrier. Apparently that fell on deaf ears as well. I told them one last time I was very unhappy for "80.00 and was completely ignored as to what I wanted. Well when when my husband came to pick me up he didn't take too kindly to how I was treated. Immediately words were had, the owner tried to lock us in his store and thankfully husband got us out. Once we were on the city sidewalk, the owners were screaming at us (because we wanted what we paid for, or for it to be fixed) and said we wouldn't pay unless they fixed the issue. At that point the man who did my fill physically grabbed my left wrist and tried to drag me into the salon and i don't know what his intention was. At the same time, a women ran out that worked there and did my toes, dousedy my feet in some liquid (acetone?) And was scrubbing my newly fresh pedicure off. Needless to say, police were called and I have yet to decide to press charges. This was absolutely crazy Thank God it was all caught on video. Anyways, beware of this "spa". Still shook read more

Great price for.a spa.manu pedi.. $29! I enjoyed the spa chair ...and the waxing services were very good and reasonably priced $8 eyebrow $6 upper lip, $30 whole face. All were good but Helen is really good for nails! read more

I believe it is between $35.00-40.00. I go there all the time, they give good service and are very friendly. The prices are moderate. John, the owner is the best
