Worst eyebrow wax experience of my life. She literally dumped so much wax on my forehead. Pulled out hair from my scalp 4 times, meanwhile my hair is slicked back in a bun. She left gaping holes in the middle of my eyebrows. And I'm leaving with leftover wax all over my forehead. My eyebrows are microbladed underneath. She literally just needed to clean up outside of the lines. She was so rough and should not be allowed to touch anyone's face. After a disappointing initial manicure, I'm happy to say the salon owner, Joseph, took my feedback seriously and made things right. I returned the following day and was paired with Quin, who completely restarted my set from scratch. The difference was night and day... her shaping, precision, and attention to detail were excellent. It's been three weeks and my nails are still holding up beautifully. As an added apology for the inconvenience, the owner also gifted me a complimentary cuticle oil. I'm grateful for the effort they made to correct the experience. I booked a Sunday afternoon pedicure appointment online which was very easy. I got confirmation via call and text and received a reminder. All very easy. I showed up a little early to my appointment and they seated me immediately. There are many colors to choose from and I liked the fact that they had magazines to read if you needed something to pass time. The massage chairs were comfortable. The spa bath for my feet was nice and hot. I chose the spa pedicure which was one step above the basic. It included callus removal which was a nice addition for my runner's feet, although it seems like something that should be included. I did get a nice callus removal lotion application and rub with the addition. It was $33 for the basic and $40 for the spa pedicure. I did get a leg massage, although not super long. Still felt great. The thing I was surprised about was there were no dryers. I was able to sit in the chair as long as I wanted but usually a dryer is provided. I paid with a credit card and learned that tips can only be paid in cash so bring some cash with you. Overall, a nice experience. read more

Horrible experience. The nail tech ignored my reference photo, did an awful French tip (thick, uneven, then became angry when I said I didn't like them. He started slamming drawers huffing and puffing took off his gloves aggressively and annoyed walked off came back and then I was told I'd still be charged plus extra to remove and fix the nails. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We ended up in a heated argument cus I spoke up and said I didn't like them. Walked in with my partner with fairly simple requests (gel pedicure w/ callous removal for me, gel manicure for them). Were seated without selecting colors, and were met with rushed/sloppy work and an in-and-out attitude. If you don't have time to do a walk-in, please don't say otherwise. My "spa pedicure" (which added an additional $20 to my pedicure) consisted of uneven nails and an unenthusiastic callous "removal". No massage. Barely any time spent on my feet beyond throwing some gel polish on. I came home with rough feet, which was the main reason I wanted a pedicure. My partner's nails were so unevenly filed, unevenly painted and bumpy. Our total together for a gel mani and gel pedi was $100, which shocked me. Their venmo payment instructions have questionable requests not to mark the payment as a service to avoid taxing/identification from Venmo. I usually don't bat an eye at this, but with the steep prices and the terrible costumer service, it just was the cherry on top of a bad experience. The people in line before us were also surprised by their bill, and asked to confirm their services. I suspect this is a common experience for their costumers. Lots of salons out here. He was very aggressive with moving my feet into and out of the uv light and aggressive and throughout the whole experience. The nail drill sting my foot bc of how aggressive he was and even cut almost every toe. When I got home, a few hours later, the paint had smudged off on two of my toes and had an air bubble on another. He is not patient or very gentle at all! If you want a good nail lady, get Gia! This nail bar is gorgeous, spacious, and super clean. Despite how huge it is inside and busy, the decor and personalized chairs and services do give you a very VIP feel even though it's a larger salon. I just think the decor and layout is really pretty and organized. During covid times we are all hyper focused on cleanliness and I can definitely say this salon is spotless and so organized that it feels they put a lot of attention to the little things. I really love the nail color selection here. Having a wide variety of colors is super important to me and this salons selection is almost overload as they have so many good colors for both gel and regular polish. You can please anyone here. Service was great. I had a very relaxing and nice mani/pedi. My toes and hands looked great, good attention to detail, and they don't skimp on the services - great massage and very relaxing. My only negative about this place is it is a little more pricey then some of the other salons $$$ but again for good reason given the experience I had. I would say the only thing that felt a little frustrating was the up-selling. When your paying a pretty penny for their services and get told that a color you pick is an additional $15, seems kind of silly. Polish is part of the manicure, so that kind of up-sell for a sparkly color did seem extreme but I was treating myself and okayed it but later really felt like it wasn't right.
