I started having gel nails put on a few months ago. Last month when I went to get a fill in a month ago. The person working on my nails said that I had a fungus. I've never had one before and it was explained that water has gotten in between my real nail and the acrylic nail I was trying to get. I went there today did the same design same length and they charged me 80 dollars so when I brought it up they said they choose their prices. I really like this nail salon. Very spacious, clean & the employees were very professional. My nail tech did a great job. I had gel polish removed and a new gel color painted on. This was by far the best experience that I have had with the removal of the old gel polish. The nail tech did not peel or scrape my natural nail to remove the old gel polish. My natural nail felt and looked healthy once the gel was removed. I love the wide variety of gel color options and the nail tech was gracious enough to test a few of the colors on her nails to help me choose. Overall, this was a great experience. I'd give this place 3 stars. This is my first time here. In fact this is my first time getting my nails done in Columbus. The man who did my nails did not seem too interested in my comfort(the electronic nail file and buffer kept painfully scraping my skin). Additionally, he did ncare if he got the gel nail polish all over my hands. So I ended up having to scrape and peel it off while I was getting my toes done. Now the lady who did my toes on the other hand was excellent. She was attentive to my comfort & was gentle and made sure I had the full experience. The woman who did my pedicure was fine, all I wanted was to fix my toe nails and a clear top coat (crazy right??). Well moving on to my nails, I'm in the military, so it's not too crazy to ask for short nails, well the older gentleman who had the pleasure of ruining my full set saw it as an inconvenience to do short, clear nails... so sorry to have ruined your day. On top of that it seems I became the joke in the salon because I asked for them to be a little bit shorter. Now I'm used to getting these plain nails, and never have I had them look this bad. Let's just say, stubby, fat, thick, uneven, un trimmed, un manicured full set. Me being the insecure person I am, said nothing and still tipped $6 on a $51 expense for both the mani and pedi. I'm not from Columbus but I was visiting a friend and we went to have our nails and toes done here. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had PERIOD. I'm so upset that I live 3 hours away because I would be a forever customer. The girl who did my SNS mani was so funny and polite and so thorough, more trained than any tech that's ever done my nails at other places in my hometown. All of the employees are hilarious and inviting and they make you feel comfortable. 10/10 read more

This place has went down hill. I've went here since it opened because I live in the neighborhood. It was the best but not anymore. I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. When you walk in and no one can bother themselves to say hello like normal people you should know then. My mother and I told the man at the front who seemed in charge we wanted a regular pedicure. He handed us gel colors and we told him reg polish. For some reason my mother was charged $25 for reg pedicure and I was right next to her and charged $45. I'm 7 months pregnant and this is so irritating to me to see a $25 charge and a $20 up-charge under it for gel polish. Ann was my tech and I just want to say that it's really greedy to up-charge someone double and then raise your voice and smart mouth them with no patience. You know what you did. $25 for my moms pedicure and then telling me I asked for gel. No I didn't. I would never want gel on my toes. I am never going back to this place and you should be fired. Your customer service skills are non existent. You have a horrible personality that's incredibly stale and you didn't even take the time the woman took on my mom. My mom had a good experience and left paying $40. I would of expected to pay $50 or $60 because I had gel on my fingers. You handed me a menu saying $25 and up for gel manicure $25 for basic pedicure. I have never paid $80 to get my nails done and I was done $30 min before my mom. No massage no nothing. You didn't even say two words to me. "Wash hands. " that's all? Rude and your attitude stinks. You did that to me because you thought you could get away with it. You saying to me that two women just left paying the same thing. They prob asked for it and if they didn't ask for gel on their toes I promise you they left ticked off you took it upon yourself to charge it up. My experience was just so-so. On the positive side, there is plenty of parking, the salon is roomy, attractive, and quiet. All the tools were clean and new. They have a very large selection of polishes. I asked for a traditional manicure. The price ($10) was reasonable for the area. However, the technician was very rough on my cuticles. He rushed, even though it wasn't crowded and no one else was waiting. The hand/arm massage was practically non-existent. Did I get my money's worth? Yes. But I probably won't go back. I went in last Friday for a mani/pedi as part of a group for a wedding. During the pedi, the nail tech was cutting big toe nail and ripped it down to the bed. It was bleeding and she said that it was a hang nail... it wasn't. She caused it. Then she continued on, and my toe started aching on Saturday. I drove back home to WV on Sunday, and my toe started bleeding, and swelling increased. The bottom of my foot burned, and by monday the back of my calf was swelling. I went to urgent care and the said I have cellulitis due to a bacterial infection from the cut. I am currently on strong antibiotics and we will see if it improves. I called the salon this morning to let them know what happened so that they can take better precautions in the future, and the man who answered the phone told me that it wasn't their fault and that my injury didn't occur there. Then he said I probably got an infection somewhere else. I told him again I was just trying to let them know so they don't do it to anyone else, and he was like "yeah, ok." Could have at least offered to refund my money and pay my $40 co pay. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Here's a pic of my toe. read more

Then when I got ready to check out they charged me $55 and said they had to charge me for a full set because they cut all my nails down for me although I did not get a full set. This place is fine - clean, reasonable prices, but nothing special. I have been here twice. The equipment is always clean and I've never had any issues there. I have only gone on non-peak times, and there has never been a wait. I've also only ever gotten a pedicure and the only issue I've had was getting nicked once, which happens from time to time. The employees are pleasant but not overly friendly. The prices are reasonable. The employees were friendly enough. The televisions were set to HGTV which is better than being trapped in a chair and subjected to biased news. I've had my latest pedicure for about three weeks and it is still going strong. read more

I been coming here since 2015. I use to love coming here but this is the second time I got nails done and they look horrible. I spent $75 for my nails and it is not up to standard. My nails all look different the length don't match they are not filed even and they are placed crooked on my nail. They said come back so they can fix it but the owner always seem to have an attitude whenever a problem needs to be addressed. I'm very displeased. I kept telling the nail tech they my nails look crooked and she kept saying ima file them. Then when I went to go pay and I mentioned the problems with my nails. She said "oh why you didn't say nothing". I've been saying something the whole time that my nails were crooked and she kept saying ima file them. Then she said the way I was sitting she couldn't tell. All clients sit the same way. Directly across from the nail tech. Look like all new nail techs in there not that experienced and the owner allowing them to perform this kind of services and still charging full price. They are fast paced which why I give them 3 stars . They can get the job done but that's it don't fall for the extra smells etc , your pedi for $20 will go up to $50 it's not worth the money . First time had a gel mani and although the girl was rushing the other girl my nails were not sacrificed in the process. Second time I had a pedicure. I've been trying different salons for gel nails as my regular place tends to leave my gel manicure lifting after a couple weeks if not sooner. I've been here twice and the first time I had a beautiful gel polish done that lasted two weeks before barely lifting. The bad part was the nail tech didn't talk to me. At all. The salon was busy when I got there and she had to be pulled from the back. She didn't' look happy and didn't say anything to me other than "what color" and "wash your hands". She did thank me when I gave her a tip. Two weeks later I went back for a mani/pedi. Pedi was good. Mani? Bad, bad, bad. The polish color I chose was apparently an old bottle and rather than pull a new one or ask if there was a color I wanted instead he struggled to get it on my nails. I left with thick, gloppy nails with bubbles in the color, top coat and polish on my cutlcles and on the top of my fingertips. I've decided not to risk a third trip and will go back to my old salon where I know I'll be treated nicely even if I need to have a polish change every 2 weeks. read more

ON TOP OF THAT my finger had an infect on it random after she had done my nails.
