In regards to the price, it was what it was, but I looked up the water heater and it wasn't a super crazy markup to what they charged us plus labor, so I'm not complaining.

Yaro responded to my quote request on Yelp and provided a quote based off my photo. He had a window available within the next hr and was able to identify and seal the earthquake valve elbow part better. I am thankful for his speedy repair and PG&E was able to come back same day to turn the gas back on. Yaro's rate was competitive and has a 1 year labor warranty. There was an error date on the receipt so I'm just waiting for the revised receipt with the correct date. Other than that, I'm so glad to find him and would call him back for any plumbing issues.

This means the filters were never actually filtering water from the time the system was installed. Leaving the filters wrapped completely defeats the purpose of the RO system and potentially exposes to untreated water while giving a false sense of safety. This is a serious installation error. Most customers would never think to open the housings to check, so this could easily go unnoticed until time for replacement. I have photo documentation clearly showing the filters still wrapped in plastic inside the housings. And Awni, I know what I am talking about.

We gave them 12 customers in our family and our friends circle but still no one cares. We tried to reach them for filter cleaning, and it took almost 3 months to get someone. Finally, he showed up and fixed the problem we paid him for, and he left, system broke again in 15 mins and he was not interested in staying for the test firsthand. We called him, and he said he knew it would break again because the filter system is broken and needs to be replaced. Please find a company that cares about sales and after-sales service.

Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. It would have been nice to just speak to someone on the phone to ask my questions without having to exchange several emails. Given that a different person would be doing the work, there were just too many cooks in the kitchen.
