I buy water here every 3 weeks to refill 9 gallons of water jugs. This water is the purest you will find; only H2O comes out of the faucet after this company filters the water, and it cost me less than $5 each time I go in to refill. Also, they sell water containers and jugs that are BPA-free for a very fair price. The owner and employees here are also very caring and respectful. The guys always take your water out to your car for you, and will talk to you about the water filtering process if you are thirsty for knowledge about your drinking water. Doctors recommend this water to their patients and I recommend this water to all of my family and friends. read more

This place is the real-deal!!! If you want really great water that is as good as it gets, this place has it. Not only does it taste good, but it really is as good as it tastes. They use an eight-step filtration process to kill and filter nearly everything in the water to get it down to a 98-99% water purity. They'll tell you that no one else in the Bay Area does this and they say that they're the only water company monitored by the Food and Drug Administration. I've worked in water quality before and the main ingredient to their process really is their reverse-osmosis. The other stuff is great, but the R-O is the key here. On the other side, the customer service is excellent and the water is extremely reasonable, about $3 to fill a 5 gallon Alhambra bottle. You have to fill it yourself, but they have carts to wheel it to your car. Well worth it! read more

I've been in this store for water over 15 years and always have good impressions about the quality of the water and service provided by the young men working there. They are always polite, willing to help me carrying and loading the heavy containers to my car and I appreciated. I heard about Jacob involved with customer complaint and I just want to express my personal contact experience with him, I go to the store at least once a week, if he's there, he's always wearing the smiling face, and say "How are you", if he's not busy, he always tried to help me fill up the water, and carried/loaded the water to my car. I think he has a good personality and willing to help customers and he is definitely an assets to his company. read more

My neighbor had recently told me about this place, and I decided to go give it a try. I walk in and didn't know what to expect until a nice young man greeted me very properly and told me everything I needed to know about the place. The water had such a smooth, clear taste to it. Prices are very good, and it is convenient for me because the workers have great customer service and help you with your bottles of you need the help. I love it! I have been coming here for years and cannot say enough great things about Diamond Pure. We go through a lot of water and whenever our adult children or guests come over, the first thing they do is go for the water and make sure they fill their Nalgene bottles when they leave. A couple of years ago I moved from Concord out to Danville and still make the drive twice a month to fill my eight five gallon bottles and four three gallon jugs with water at Diamond Pure. We have been getting water here for probably 12 years and I am spoiled. Absolutely the BEST water around. Doesn't need to be refrigerated. Zero after taste and I completely trust the purity. It is a 15 minute drive from our home, but worth it. We just fill several 3 gal. dispensers with each visit. Since we moved to concord, we found this Diamond Pure water in Ignacio valley Road. They are very nice people, from the previous owner to the new owner. They know how to take care there customer. Well I don't agree with mommy c, they have great tasting water at a very reasonable price. A much better deal than getting water delivered from one of the large water companies. The man behind the counter was friendly and offered to help me get the bottles out to my car. I like their water and I'll keep going back. read more
