Ronald was super responsive and was able to quickly turn around a same day appointment for a full interior detailing on a Sunday. What's unique about this place is that they come to you which is extremely convenient and saved me the trouble of having to Uber home and back to pick up the car. Ronald showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately. And let me tell you, these guys are THOROUGH. They spent 3 and a half hours detailing the interior of my SUV. While it did feel long, I appreciated their attention to detail and the results were worth it. My car felt almost brand new on the inside and I was genuinely excited by how great my car looked again. There were stains that have probably been there for at least 5 years that were completely removed. The interior was near spotless. I booked an appointment online through Lux Mobile Wash website, paid for my deposit, and got immediate confirmation that it was confirmed and that I would receive a call soon to also confirm. I asked my roommate to stay at home for the day I had scheduled. I never received a call to confirm, which I found unsettling. I called the number and left a voicemail, and immediately got a call back! It turns out that they had another appointment scheduled for the time I had booked, and could not detail my car, so they would cancel the appointment and refund my deposit. I appreciated this, but asked if we could instead reschedule. Here comes the sketchy part. He agrees to reschedule, offers a 3 pm time slot. I said, my roommate who I arranged to be their during the day can't be there, but I live in a safe neighborhood so could leave my car open. He says yes, but asks me to leave my keys for him in case he gets locked out while detailing. ... Seriously? He expects me to leave my keys in the car??? I agree (but was not planning on it, figured I'd just run home if he got locked out). Anyways, he promises to call again as it gets closer to 3 pm, and as you may expect, he never does. It's now been almost a week with me calling every other day asking for an update, a call back, or my money back. No reply. Left multiple voicemails.
