For a service that specifically includes "Vacuum Interior" and "Air Detail," this is unacceptable. I've given Wash N' Go multiple chances because I wanted to support the business and hoped the service would improve, but it's been consistently the same poor quality every time. At this point, it feels like a waste of money. There's no attention to detail, and the results don't match what's advertised. Management really needs to step in and fix these issues because customers shouldn't have to keep paying for incomplete work. Please see pictures for details.

After many failed attemps to contact the manager, I was utlimately told they would not be covering the cost as promised. Now I can't get ahold of anyone as voice mailbox is always "full" and emails go unanswered. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service, especially after admitting responsibility in the beginning. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before entering this wash and being cautious if any damage occurs, because getting resolution afterward has been nearly impossible. I will be pursuing legal action.

I remain baffled by the 2 stars for Educated Car Wash. To this day, I still take my car here whenever I'm in Santa Barbara. Not only do they continue to have the cheapest gas when you get a car wash, but they still do the best job. After a decade of living in LA and trying multiple car washes on the Monterey Peninsula, Educated still takes the cake for best car wash experience. Even when it's busy, they're fairly speedy, but that doesn't seem to impact the quality. The folks there are always super friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I'll remain a loyal patron to Educated and continue to stop by whenever I'm in town visiting.

I hadn't had a detail in a decade and it was just filthy inside and out. It's a NEW car, minus the dent I need to have vacuumed or sucked out and the driver's seat. Saab leather cracks sooner than other brands. My Nissan Pathfinder LE (1998) lasted much longer. I took a video but will get pictures later and upload to phone. I cannot believe the ceiling. Like no one ever smoked! It's shiny, shiny, shiny. They did the interior and exterior, plus engine. Elite detailing isn't cheap but if , like me, you paid cash for your used car and have no payments, who cares? It's like a couple months car payment or so. Do yourself a favor and call for a quote. The website has no prices but they also do ceramic coating, with several tiers of packages. You can do a mini-detail or just regular car wash but if you leave the car with them for a day, they will give you a NEW CAR back at the day's end. I'm still on Cloud 9. Floating! Every time I see my baby, I smile! PS. THE SB INDEPENDENT BEST OF LIST IS HORRIBLE. The best acupuncturist, not just in SB but California, is Anthony Kar. He's probably the best in America. After paying and excited to get my car back looking newer than ever I was inspecting the car and noticed quarter sized paint chip on the passenger side and rim rash. I confronted David about it and ofc denied it. After taking it home for the first car wash they missed multiple spots with the ceramic coat. Again confronted David and said that's not possible. After showing a video clearly showing it wasn't ceramic coated. Finally agreed to fix it. After that I got a new part added and wanted it coated and paint corrected as well. I paid $300 for that part and the original missing panels to my surprise issues weren't done as promised. After going back the 3rd time. I dropped it off for the whole day then didn't touch the car at all. Wasted my time. 4th time same thing. Finally after the 5th visit it finally gets done after being pushed off for days up to two weeks. If you care about your car and wanted to get the service and respect you deserve. DO NOT GO HERE. I reached out to Tye at Ally Detail for an internal detailing and he was extremely quick to respond, professional, and kind. He made the process so easy - I simply dropped off my car at 11:30am and it was ready by 3:00pm! When I got back to pick up my car, it was beautiful. Dog hair was gone, stain on the front passenger seat was gone, and he went above and beyond to trim my car's mats to fit properly on the floor. And I can't forget to mention his trusty sidekick, Frisbee, who will happily greet you and is the sweetest little dog! Great customer service skills - I tipped a little extra just for him! I had two cars washed by Guillermo/Nova Spa (and his partner/helper, whose name I don't know) for…read morethe first time, and both ended up damaged in the process. Guillermo won't own up to either. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you took responsibility.

I had to go back over everything I asked specifically for them to clean and watch as they actually did it while I watched. I also had bird poop on the top of my truck bed cover that I asked if they scrubbed off, they said yes, but they did not. All it looked like they did was spray water on it and at the end they wipe it down to dry it off. Rims WERE NOT WIPED DOWN. The dirt around the wheel well was still very much there. The seats were not wiped down. Just over all I feel I could have saved the money and done a better job myself with a water hose. But since I was on vacation I figured this seemingly professional spot would do a great job. But no I was wrong. One guy spoke good enough English that I could understand and all other workers looked at me like I wasn't speaking English. I paid the extra money and got and extra shitty job done. I will not ever go back there
