I recently moved from LA to La Quinta-- and was honestly concerned about switching to a new Dental Hygienist after 25 + years! A friend from Warner Bros. also moved to the Desert several years ago and highly recommended Bliss!! I'm sure glad that she did-- the " Lead" Hygienist Brady was simply AWESOME! She was so thorough, patient and knowledgeable with a great " Bedside Manner ". She performed what had to be the very best teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. Was looking for new dentist in La quinta and read some good reviews. Cash prices were on par with other offices. But during my exam a female dentist, who wasn't listed on website saw me. I had a problem and instead of letting me know what was happening she just went for it. It hurt I asked for numbing. I saw the needle but never felt numb. I was in pain and then I was done. They are very nice. I was disappointed in their insistence on ex-rays. When I first arrived, they wanted to take ex-rays. I told them I was there last month and I did not want ex-rays. They said okay, and the Hygienist used a camera to view the problem area ( which was the same area that I went in for previously). I got a crown. When the treatment was over, they gave me no time to resist and threw the "protective vest" on me - I said, Hey, what is this for? The Dentist said that they needed to make sure that they didn't leave any cement in there. I said, "what about the camera?" Before I could say anything, the hygienist was using a tool that looked like a round mirror and took ex-rays.I don't have dental insurance and the unexpected bill of $1,395.00 hit me hard. My lower front teeth broke! I'm 85 so my smiles did not bother me. They then became infected and painful . Went to Bliss Dentistry and was treated by Marianna Abrahamyan D.D.S. and a wonderful assistant. They ground away the broken teeth and treated me for the infection. They prescribed me antibiotics for the infection and saw me in two weeks. Still a little swollen so came back after two weeks. Now in good shape they fitted me with my final implant. Very modern, clean and professional. I chipped a veneer, right in the front. When I went to the Bliss I was offered another veneer or a cap. (Only because some veneers can be delicate) I chose the cap. I think the cost was the same- I can't remember. The best part of this story? Because Bliss has a in-house lab, they were able to make my cap within about a hour!! I walked out with the permanent tooth. Previously with other dentist, it could take up to 2 weeks to get your final tooth. Bliss has their own in house lab. Thumbs up! read more

Dr Kelsey has been seeing my husband for years, and he comes highly recommended by a very good family friend. I had a dentist in Palm Desert, but I recently had an urgent situation and that dentist did not return my calls. Dr Kelsey got me right in and solved my situation with my chipped tooth immediately. I moved to LQ back in July after living in Illinois for over 40 years. I heard about Bliss from FB as well as members at PGA West. It's hard to find new providers after having had the same practicioners for so long! I went in for a routine cleaning and I was completely impressed with everything!! The office is large and bright and I was greeted so nicely! My hygienist Macklin(sp) was amazing! So thorough and knowledgeable. I absolutely loved her! I had a great experience with Dr. Kelsey and his staff. Long story short, I had just gotten to Stage Coach we were decorating our tent ... I went to tear off a piece of tape with my teeth, and my fractured tooth broke completely off. I was in a panic; as it was a front tooth, and I wanted to leave immediately. My daughter quickly got on the phone and found Dr. Kelsey. She called and they got to me in immediately. Christine and Marissa were so nice helpful and comforting. I have a tendency to grind my teeth at night my tooth was fractured and broke all the way off. I was there at 3:30 and back to Stage Coach by 6 o'clock. I couldn't believe it! First time at this dental office and they were fab. I left my other place because it felt like a massive money grab. Always trying to sell me laser treatments and additional things that I didn't need. Plus, they wanted me in there 5 times a year which is also crazy. Bliss made it easy. They did a great emergency job on my crown that fell out. 10/10 However, I felt severely hassled by the Dentist to have immediate treatment for between $3000-4000 on root canal treatment. I was badgered . Firstly I would NEVER pay that amount , but it took her time to understand what I had clearly said to her. " I'm not well enough to undergo ANY traumatic procedures because I have some underlying health issues and I would need to get the OK from my GP!!" It was extremely off putting!! read more

We just moved here and needed to find a new dentist. I found Bliss by reading reviews from several sites and found they were very reputable. I cracked a back molar filling while eating and called Bliss for an exam. Kassi was very pleasant and helpful getting my account setup and making a prompt appointment. I came to my first appointment and Dr Huh was able to validate my cracked filling and tooth and even showed a clear closeup photo she took and put on a 50" tv for me to view. The appointment to do a crown was made for the following week. I went back to get the crown and the technology used here is really amazing. Instead of creating an impression and having a lab build the crown, Bliss has their own scan and 3D printer to make the crown. This was a time saver as I was able to have this done in just one appointment. Dr Huh and her assistant were gentle and expertly did the work to perfection. This is a really well run practice with a very nice and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend this dental clinic. read more

Dr Kelsey performed the implants and the restorations. He needed to remove one of my molars and I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it went. He stitched the gum up where the tooth was pulled and unlike previous teeth I have had pulled there was no packing my mouth with cotton to stop the bleeding. I just had my second teeth cleaning of my 3 cleanings each year. Stephanie is the front office manager, and she always greets you as you come in. She is very knowledgeable for dental insurances and is ready to explain and be helpful for whatever you are needed. Bradilynn is an excellent dental technician. The dentistry has the newest equipment and the cleaning is great. Bradilynn continuing asks the patient if you are very comfortable. And before you know it, the cleaning is over. A wonderful experience. Office staff and Dr. Kelsey are all super friendly and knowledgable. I clench my teeth, and instead of requesting a night-guard right away, I got a lot of tips on preventative care for my jaw and and best practice to alleviate clenching.
