I found this shop by sheer chance and it has proven to be one of the luckiest finds I ever made. All the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable about cars. Not a great experience whatsoever. Needed new tires so I found this place online. Waited for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged once I arrived. When they finally got me in they did it fairly quick. However, the quality of work was horrible. they didn't return all of my lug nuts. One tire was left with 4 lugnuts, another tire with mismatched lugnuts. Not to mention one whole tire not torqued correctly. Save your time, spend a little more money and get the job done right elsewhere. read more

They got me in immediately when I called. Found the issue fast and fixed it in a couple hours. They were super nice and always asked my permission and gave quotes before doing anything. Took my car in to have 2 slow leaks fixed. No other customers and it took 2 hours. Everyone was moving in slow motion and kept getting distracted. SQUARREL. $ 46 dollars and 2 hours later. Great place to buy tires not such a great place for tire service. read more

Super bummed... Ran over a nail on the freeway today and took the nearest exit which brought me to Diamond tire. I explained what happened and told them I was headed to a doctors appointment. Because I'd left for my appointment nearly 30 minutes early, I actually thought I might still make it... I mean, it's a 15 minute fix. The attendant was super nice but it took 90 minutes for a 15 minute job which was frustrating to say the least. Wish I'd driven a little further down the road and gone to Costco instead. read more

Had a screw in my tire, I work near here so I had them repair the tire, was pretty quick however, they said my sensor broke , I watched them struggle with their tire machine trying to get my tire off, they said it wasn't caused by them, they said if my light was on. I was like yeah, but I had 23 psi and had to air it up to 43 psi to drive , so he said You told me the light was already on, of course it was in my tire pressure was low and it turned off once I put air in. I wouldn't trust them again. Especially since I said I will review them and he said he will tell them differently, don't get me wrong the fixed the tire but took no responsibility on their end. read more

Wow! At first I thought "what have I gotten myself into". My AWD Mercedes had a bad tire and my other tires were still good. I only wanted to replace the bad one so I decided to take a chance here. This place was very organized and it's refreshing to see so many young guys take such great pride in their work. They were running "literally running" around pulling parts to make sure customers wait was as short as possible. I will certainly use and recommend them again! If you ever need Anything that has to with tires go to this place! Kurt and Jordan were amazing! We got a flat on our way home and didn't get there until 5 minutes before closing. They didn't even flinch when We pulled up needing help and they went above and beyond for us even tho it meant staying late.
