I have brought him things that he wasn't familiar with and that man does his homework and the next day ur car is fixed. I brought him a 1983 rv overheating supposedly. Bob work diligently for three days to find out overheating wasn't the problem at all. It was the fuel pump. Long story short he came up with a affordable solution for me and made me promise to stick with E450 on my next rv purchase! Ha ha. So i did! He is so very talented and great work ethic! Highly recommend him! Keith is great too! He always find time to get me in when I need. He also went above and beyond to help me with a tire return to the manufacture. They told me it could not be repaired and I would have to replace it with a new tire that would cost $380. He also tried to convince me that another tire needed to be replaced as well. I got a quote from Tesla for a new tire and it would be $300 so I simply asked if they could just price match (I believed that my tire would need to be replaced). They could not match it so I went to Tesla. Tesla REPAIRED my tire immediately and I told them that Foothill Tire and Auto Service just told me I needed to get it replaced. They assured me that the nail placement provides an easy repair and even the other tire definitely does not need to be repaired. They either were trying to scam/trick me or they are NOT knowledgeable at all.. either one is terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My truck was recently enlisted in a brief life of crime when it was stolen recently. My tires were already due to be changed when they drive it erratically and the tires were torn up. The perpetrators also spay painted the tires. My beautiful truck was left looking trashy. Hugo is my unsung hero. He found me the most beautiful replacement rims for my Toyota Tacoma.
