All they care about is the sale and that's it. The sales person didn't even get off there last ass to show me the truck. Literally gave me a key and said it's somewhere in the back. Then when I told her I wanted the truck it took about 3 weeks to finally get the deal one. I drove over a hour to pick the truck up and once I got there it still wasn't detailed and still missing parts. I try calling Victoria she never answers or calls back. Bought a truck from here based off what the salesman described which in his words were, "this truck needs nothing, its ready to go has no issues, fully detailed, its been inspected and will be double inspected upon leaving a 5k non refundable deposit". Well my fault for not taking that 3hr drive to go view it in person. Heavy rust. Filthy. Super strong cigarette smoke smell. They painted over heavy rust to hide it. Wheel axle seal leaked the gear oil all over the rim disgusting clean up needed hidden behind a wheel cover. Marker light was missing a screw had to remove insert and install new one. LOW ON MOTOR OIL. OIL PAN LEAKING.. Manuel Cervantes and manager Cody both told me various times the oil pan leak had been fix. LIES AFTER LIES !! The front brakes pop and feel like they are not grabbing, more like slippage. Truck did not come with a 90 day inspection either.. BUYER BEWARE. Buyers beware! If no start was possible I would have chosen that. Ray the new mechanic and the manger Cody out right lied and have been dishonest through the repair process of a pre-delivery promos that the truck was front line ready. We paid 500 in cash for a filter removal and bake (emissions maintenance) and clearly the filter had not been off. Buying a income earring truck is a big deal and these employees of Diamond Truck Sales don't take there work seriously or don't give a damn about being honest or ethical. At this point I wouldn't buy a shovels from these lying ass thieves. Fact is we went there 3 times and spent 5 weeks waiting have already made a payment to insurance and bank. Fuck this place!!! Bought two trucks from them cash not to mention, Cody who was the sale's man for this deal, he is useless. Took ownership of both trucks in Navada one of which has major problems. Rear seal was leaking, tranny shifting hard, check engine light was on. Prior to pick up, these issues were to be fixed which NEVER were. Cab in both truck's were never detailed trash was still left in both. Took truck #1 back with all the issues which they DIDN'T want to fix. They ended up fixing the seal, and check engine light, after a long ass argument Cody mention they were going to fix it as a favor WTF!!! As a business you need to make it right!! Tranny shifting hard according the Cody was THE TRUCK WAS IN SPORT MODE!!.. WTF????.. First load tranny blow, called Cody his answer was there's nothing we can do for you. Coudnt believe it. Avoid this Diamond Truck Sales at all cost, I bought 5 trucks from scam this dealership and 1 of the truck has a major issue only after 1 month after the purchase will cost 8K to fixed.i called the sales person Cody Thomson, he said sales as is nothing he can do,it's my problem now .despite buying 5 trucks at a time this dealership is the worst I've bought trucks from. the rest of the 4 truck also has many small problems. do not buy truck from them, Cody will sell you shiity trucks that you are going to spent tons of money to fix later. read more
