I called and was able to make an appointment within the same week, and they gave me a very reasonable price--$150 to remove the old window tint and replace the two front window tints. They were very knowledgeable and extremely kind throughout the whole process. One thing I especially appreciated was that they stuck to their original quote. Because of my situation, I first had to remove the tint and come back later to get the new tint installed. When I called to schedule the follow-up appointment, I was told the price would normally be $90 instead of the $75 I had originally been quoted. However, they honored the original quote anyway. Negative stars for Auto Glass Force!!!! DO NOT COME HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A TESLA. tl;dr went to auto glass force to replace my window and they damaged it by breaking multiple connection points, stripping screws, and forgetting to put back crucial parts of my door together. I ended up getting my vehicle fixed at Tesla, costing me 3x what it should've. A rock hit my driver side window and shattered it. I was searching online and Auto Glass Force was able to take me the same day and provided a reasonable price as well. Prior to coming, I made sure to ask if the new window I would be getting is the same double pane one as my original, I also asked if they would recalibrate the window. Max (also known as Masoud) said yes to both. I came in and no one was in the office to help me. I flagged down a worker and they told me to drop off the car and it would take 2 hours. When I came to pick up my car, the window was not double pane and there were shards of glass still inside the door (literally pieces of glass falling out when I opened my door). I told the workers and they said it's the same one as my original window and all the glass shards will eventually fall out of my door when I'm driving... "that's why there are holes at the bottom of your door" (WHAT????) Additionally, the replacement window was hazy, distorted, and had ripples. The worker said that all non tinted glass is like that, and apparently the glass they got for me is "a really good brand, it's Vitro, even better than the glass that Tesla uses from China." I left Auto Glass Force extremely unhappy with the service. During my drive home, I noticed a gap between the window and the rubber seal, causing wind noise when I drive above 20mph. This is because the glass they replaced was NOT double pane like Max had promised, which caused a gap. I then rolled the window down and noticed a screeching sound followed by a knocking sound within the door. Then, the window just stopped working. I couldn't roll it up or down and the auto close function no longer worked when I shut my door. I immediately notified Max about this and he told me to bring the vehicle in the next day. The next morning, I showed the workers what was wrong and they said "that's normal." I demanded a refund and they were initially hesitant but finally agreed to remove the replacement window and give me my refund. When they took my door panel apart, I could tell they didn't know what they were doing. They yanked apart my door panel, used a drill to remove the screws but pushed so hard the screws were stripping, AND the button to press for my door to open no longer worked. I immediately scheduled an appointment with Tesla and they were able to take me within the next hour. The technician found that they used all the incorrect screws, broke apart the connector that controls my door button, broke my driver door harness, and they even forgot to put in the closeout panel. Tesla ended up charging me for all the damages that Auto Glass Force did to my vehicle ontop of the new window replacement. All in all, this has been a headache and I highly recommend you spend your money at a more reputable company. The workers are not educated on working on Teslas and do not take accountability. read more

Called around and seen this on google- was so happy that someone would come out to fix my window on my 1999 Lexus 470 lx which was broken into. Called Auto Glass they're sending someone out on the same day! Wonderful!! The man gets here and replaces the window. When he's done I notice it darker than most. He then tells me you have to wait for the glue to dry. A week has gone by and it bugs me as I drive by. I text with someone from the company, I show him the window- he even says; wow that dark. He then says I said on the order that I requested 5% tint?! Never did that- don't even know what % or tint is suppose to be. I wait for then said he'll send someone to come on Tues at noon to fix it. Sure miss work and wait again. NO SHOW- NO CALL It is now Wed( a week later) and I called the business from their website.- first someone hung up on me as I was telling them my situation, I call back and speak with Najeeb and he tells me they don't have that window on a Lexus and I asked why didn't they just say that if they already knew they couldn't provide that!? He said they didn't know because they didn't see the window- my thought so how do you know that now without seeing my window? He proceeds to say I'm the car that was broken into... don't know how that applies- YES IT WAS A DOUBLE WHAMMY! I was looking around for a great tint place in the Hayward/Fremont area, and Auto Glass Force was by far the cheapest and responded promptly to my message. I was easily able to book an appointment for the following day via Yelp messages after getting a quote. The whole process took less than 5 hours (took a little longer because they ran out of the ceramic tint I wanted) which is really fast IMO, given they squeezed me in. I was honored the price we discussed on Yelp and had assistance in the exact tint I wanted since I wasn't 100% sure. After discussing with my bf, we agreed to go with what was recommended and I wasn't disappointed with the outcome. They went over the after-care and warranty of the ceramic tint after as well. my car window decided saturday evening of a holiday weekend was a good time to stop working (window regulator). i sent out a bunch of quote requests over yelp and also called around. some people didn't bother calling back, one outright said sorry can't help you (audi-only parts that they somehow couldn't acquire), one quoted very high, one quoted suspiciously low. auto glass force replied the same day i sent out the request and provided a quote and availability right away. i had already looked up the cost of the part so i knew their quote was reasonable but was waiting to hear what other shops would quote me. while not the cheapest, it felt best to go with them due to their communication and solid reviews on yelp and google. it took a day to confirm arrival of the part and i made an appointment for the following day. my only gripe so far is that when i arrived at the shop, the technician didn't confirm my name or know what the issue was. alarm bells did go off but i still left my car there and thankfully everything went as planned. it took the maximum estimated time (1.5-2 hours) and luckily there's a bakery right across the street you can visit while waiting. the window regulator is holding up and i was told there's a six month warranty for the repair, which is nice for peace of mind. overall, good experience here and i'm glad to know i have an auto glass shop nearby to rely on! read more

First and foremost I wanna say Naj the boss has been great to me. I can't say much about his coworkers. I brought my car in 3 weeks ago to get my front windshield repaired. Not sure who did it but the 2 workers who was working on my car was Nasir and Nick. As they were taking my front windshield off, it assume to be one of their tool scrapped my right side passenger pillar panel. They denied it saying it was already there but I'm 100% sure it wasn't. Nasir told me they were going to replace it but I've been waiting 3weeks now. It seems he's just saying that and hopefully I'll forget about it. They do quick work I give them that but their quality work is mediocre. I had grease stain all over my car. To sum it all up. If you want quick work done. I would give this auto glass company negative stars if I could. I had a leak on the rear window of my mustang. I had the windows tinted and had the glass removed, because of the issues with the Tint film from the previous installation. So when it started raining I noticed the leak. Now I didn't want to go back to the shop because they are far away and I thought a leak fix can be done closer to home. I called the first 5 star review auto glass place that I saw on google. It just so happens to be Auto force glass. I tell them about my issue and they get me an appointment same day. I get to the shop and tell them my issue and go home and wait. So getting close to 5:00pm I havnt heard from them. I call force auto and tell them that I havnt heard from the shop yet, and he says I'll have them give you a call. They never did so I headed over there and as I was about a quarter of the way there the call finally came in. I get there and he pore water on the car to demonstrate the car has been fixed , as I look in the car it's now leaking on both sides. I asked him "Should I take this to the dealership." he says " oh no I can fix it I'll garage it over night " Next day again no communication I had to drive there at the end of business hours and when I get there he tells me "I tried to call you" mind you no calls came through my phone. I have call records to prove that. Then he tells me "I can't fix your car." I see tape on the top of my rear break light and on the windshield where they tried to hold down the windshield. I get home and I peel the tape off and my rear break light is cracked and there is scraped damage all along side the inner part of the window and drops of adhesive specked on different parts of the car. Also the inner lining of the roof a poster is sagging and hanging. I went to the ford dealership to order a new break light and ask them who does their wind shield work. I called the company and they came the same day to fix my windshield. His literal word he said when he seen my car was "Oh my God" he pointed out that they used way to much adhesive, the scrape damage, the fact that they mounted the window way to high etc. He was observing and thinking about it, he puts his hands in my shoulder and says I can fix this. So please beware of auto force glass. I hold them responsible, because they sent me to their affiliate shop in Hayward , and they let me go home with a cracked rear break light and the damage that they did to my car. I had a bad feeling when I pulled in to the place and should have driven off and found a different glass company. Lesson learned go with your instincts read more

You're wrong the quote was 250 on the phone for Solar Guard Xenith IR, and i was shown Xenith IR at 20% which I agreed, but at the time of installation I asked your installer what tint was in the machine because there is galaxy film boxes all around the shop and he confirmed it was Skytek Galaxy. Also you told me you couldn't use Xenith IR because solar guard only sent you carbon films so you're contradicting yourself. read more

Horrible lack of customer service. I showed up after a fast response on Yelp and nobody was at the front desk. Waited five minutes, then some guy in a white t shirt walked in on his phone with someone and didn't even take 2 seconds to say "Someone will be with you." Not even a glance in my direction. I came in to get a window replace on Feb 6th. Once the window was replaced, before leaving I decided to take it for a drive to make sure there everything functioning correctl. unfortunately I the window would whistle due to it being the wrong size. wind would come into the car making it very noisy when driving. The owner then told me he could order the OE window, which would take 2 to 3 business days. today I am writing this review on February 25 and yet to hear from anyone at the shop. i've reached out multiple times and was told that I would receive a call when the window arrived. I have text message threads with a bunch of excuses and reasons of why they would be finally placing the order TODAY! About a month ago, I had my back windshield glass replaced at this shop. I drove out a block I realized looking through my rear mirrors the cars behind me looks wavy, but at the time I didn't realized it was a defect and thought the quality of the glass was just no too good until I had to replace my windshield with another business and was told I should come back and ask for an exchange due to factory defect. I called a week in advance and was told I could come in any day any time, when I arrived to the shop, a middle age man with earphones came up and said impossible and climb to my backseats and looked back rather than looking further back and said he don't see any issues and blamed my tints. I continued to explain it was before my tint was there and asked him to take a drive to main road he'll see, but he refused. He continued to say that I can leave my car and they'll remove the glass and send it back to factory to check for defect which would take some time if there are problem, they will exchange it and I refused. I said I would prefer to just switch out the glass first and deal with the factory by themselves rather than having to have me involved with inconvenience. He refused and acted I was lying and just came back for fun and exchange for a new glass. I was tired after arguing for 10+ minutes for their horrible after sales, unprofessional behaviors, and rude attitude. Since I paid with cash the first time I was here, I took it as flushing it down the drain and left. $325 for terrible glass and after sales, unprofessional. $100 for tints and new manufacture glass for $350, another $100 on tints. $800 down the drain due to horrible store managing and terrible products read more

About 2 weeks ago I went it to get my front window fixed and tints all around. I called for a quote and asked for the next available appointment. They got me in right away. It did take a while as expected, but I was able to leave my phone number and pick up my car when it it was ready. When I went to pay the owner was super friendly and gave me a great price. They did a great job with my window and the tints had no air bubbles. Definitely will come back if I need to get something else done to my car. read more

I had my Tesla Model 3 broken into it back in October and Auto Glass Force was the first company to actually carry the quarter panel piece I needed (other shops required a 2+ week wait) so naturally I went with them. The first guy they sent out to me who came to look at my car helped me "clean out the glass" from my car but ended up leaving it everywhere on my driveway. They also scratched the paint on my car. On top of this - they actually didn't even bring the correct piece to install so I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to deliver the correct quarter panel piece. 0When the second guy came to install, everything was seamless. 15 min, done. I didn't take off the tape for 24 hours per instruction. However, when I did I noticed that the seam of the windows didn't line up with my car at all and there were gaps everywhere. You could even see the glue underneath sticking out from the piece. On top of that, they charged $800(!!) for this service which I thought was ridiculous. I was desperate so I accepted the charge anyway. I called Raymond from the shop who's been my POC this entire time and let him know how unhappy I was with the process so far and asked him for a discount or for someone to come fix this mess. And so, they sent out a third guy to come and check out the car - he confirms that it was installed horribly and the piece they gave me was broken. He tells me to contact Raymond and they'll send out someone to give me the correct piece. It's now the end of December (2 months later), and I've called Raymond and my husband and I have called the shop at least 5-6x to which they've promised to contact me back, and there still has been no action.
