Like last time, a pipe fitting near the wellhead was cracked and ruptured, spraying water out at a good clip. I called Triangle, and Kim answered the phone immediately. He expertly fixed the problem in no time, and I was back in business. Once again, Triangle Well impressed the heck out of me!

Scott, Jimmy, and Willy were professionals and experts in their field! My husband and I received the best education on our well options. Our well was fine, but with new landscaping, we were using more water and needed a storage tank to improve water flow. The parts needed came in pretty fast. Our project went quickly even though it was pretty labor-intensive. They moved equipment for better aesthetics and updated our panels. The value was well worth the pricing. Michelle and all Office staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Gary Tanko Well Drilling Inc. for any of your well servicing or needs.

In the case of…read moreAmerican Well Drilling & Pump Service they are heads and shoulders (and knees) above the competition, namely Tanko Well Drilling. About 4 years ago Tanko installed a new submersible pump for us using one that was over-sized for the output, they married brass fittings with galvanized fittings and did not run a ground wire (required since 1991). First, the owner Mike is not only extremely knowledgeable (30+ years in the business), but he is gracious, kind and patient. He answered all of our questions and provided a very nice solution to our low producing well at a price I thought would have been at least $2000-$3000 more. The solution was a 2500-gallon water tank positioned where we wanted it, out of the general view when driving in to our property and moved the over-sized pump to the tank and put the correct pump in the well. Another thing was that he was there helping set the tank and was periodically checking on the job and encouraging his team throughout the process. His team, Clayton and Steve, were terrific. They definitely knew what they were doing and went about the installation very methodically, wasting no time. Their demeanor was very, very pleasant, read professional, and were willing to answer any questions I had (I'm quite curious about stuff). They did not fumble about like some others we have experienced. We were impressed by the design of the installation, it was very neat and tight, taking only the space necessary. Icing on the cake was that they used all stainless fittings where metal was required otherwise they used schedule 80 pvc. None of that galvanized stuff for them. Yes, we would highly recommend them to all.

Eleven years ago they installed a transfer switch and generator connection box at my home and made a 10 ft. power cable to connect my generator to the box. Recently, I decided to move the generator to a location beyond the reach of the 10 ft. power cable. After contacting Carnahan Electric to get a longer power cable, Nate called me and said I could purchase the power cable I needed on Amazon for $50 rather than pay more for Carnahan Electric to build a custom cable. When I thanked him for the information Nate said they like to save the community money.
