Like last time, a pipe fitting near the wellhead was cracked and ruptured, spraying water out at a good clip. I called Triangle, and Kim answered the phone immediately. She was cheerful, sympathetic and very helpful. After placing me on a very brief hold to contact a tech in the field, she notified me that Drew was right down the street having finished a previous job, and he arrived at our place within a few minutes! He expertly fixed the problem in no time, and I was back in business. Once again, Triangle Well impressed the heck out of me!

Five stars to Top Hat Well Drilling! If any of you have been…read morewithout water for even one day or even longer, you know that water is life! Without it, everything is miserable. You have to catch rainwater or find some just to flush your toilet. Until you're without it you really don't truly appreciate it! When I called Ben & Dennis at Top Hat Well Drilling my pump would not work on its own and I had to keep trying to figure it out myself, right away they said they would come test everything. I thought for sure it was a certain pressure gauge and switch, and I asked them to change all that out ....well, they worked very hard that day and changed everything. I still had an issue so they came right back the next day. I thought I'd have to go the entire weekend without water, but they tested it and found out the control box had issues and Ben had the parts they needed. Ben did a superb job spending a lot of time and explaining things. I also had him test the water to make sure there was no bacteria or worse for an extra fee at a lab. So thrilled that everything is working fine again! Water is life and boy do I appreciate my awesome well now that everything is running smooth! If you ever run out of water, low pressure, nothings working, or even just to have it checked out, possibly a deeper well than you have, make sure to call Terrier Pump and Water Quality! When we split the property, Tanko drilled us the well we needed and had to retest the original well it is 11 gallons per minute now. They have come through for us time and time again.
