I had done quite a bit of research prior to working with Sam and I had a very good idea of what I wanted. Sam was able to make the perfect ring for my wife based on pictures from rings I liked, taking parts of the designs from several different rings to get a unique ring that I knew my wife would love and would not see anywhere else. He also was very helpful in selecting the stones based on my price range and design. His selection of stones is of the greatest quality and at a very reasonable price. You would get much lower quality from any major brand name retailers for the same price. I know that because I went to many of these stores before going to Diamond World so I could get a good idea of the design I wanted. They have much less overhead to pay so these savings are passed on to the customer. My wife also went with them to get my wedding band and I love it. She got some very thoughtful engraving added inside, so know that it is an option and something that your partner will most likely love. The entire team is very nice and easy to work with. For my anniversary, I wanted to get a custom ring wrap for my wife, and found out about Diamond World Inc. online. I had such a great experience wanted to give them a review. I sent them my ideas for the ring, and they gave me an estimate. Well below similar items I'd seen in jewelry stores. My jewelry knowledge is barley passing, but they helped me along the way. They were very responsive to all the questions I emailed them. Giving honest feedback, but not pressuring my decisions. They genuinely seem to want to see me succeed, and make my wife happy. When I couldn't decide for a year on how I wanted to upgrade my solitaire for our 10 year anniversary, they patiently waited and sent check-in emails just to let me know they were ready once I decided on a design. Finally I found a picture of a 3-band ring set that I LOVED and Diamond World was able to transfer that into actual design drawings ensuring the specs of my original stone were met. I got my wife's engagement ring from Diamond World. They have a large assortment of diamonds to choose from (GIA and EGL) and will custom make your setting as well! Sam, Donna and the entire team were so helpful and nice in helping me through the entire process.
