I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing. He and his guys were on time and did a fantastic job with install and I absolutely love how it turned out! Paul is very proud and passionate about his work and craftsmanship and it shows.

However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refused to take it stating that the outside of the bucket is too dirty to take in. I didn't think it was too dirty bc when we received them, it was not spotless either. The container was sealed. 2. We bought mohawk lvp planks from them, and double checked to make sure they're returnable. They confirmed that they are. However, when my husband went to return a pack we didn't use, they said they cannot accept anything less than 250 sqft. They also state any special orders are not returnable. This information was not communicated with me prior. BOTTOM LINE: do business with big names like Costco or Home Depot if you like no hassle return policy.

There was no pressure to work with him, but he always answered every question before we committed, and continued to communicate regularly throughout the project. He gave an estimated time frame and they beat it by a couple days. Some contractors come one day and dont come back for a couple days - they showed up every day they said they would be here.
