They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. I called another place first who gave me some vague pricing about so much labor for the first hour then so much an hour after that and I had no clue how much time or money was involved. Then I remembered that someone on Next Door recommended Creative Tile so gave them a call. Instead of some vague pricing I made an appointment with Feliciano to come to my house to check it out which he did. We agreed on a price and a date to do it. He and one other guy came over right on time and got to work. They not only did the whole floor but afterwards acid cleaned all the tile and even cleaned my shower door. It took them several hours and they did an excellent job. Another reason that I liked this company was that they were licensed, insured and bonded. True professionals.

We got some big 47x47 tiles for the backsplash because we didn't want to have too many grout lines. We thought it'd be easy to cut and install. Little did we know that it's much harder than small tiles. But Feliciano came through and made the backsplash looks terrific. When it came to the floor tiles, the second batch I bought was from a different lot number. Feliciano examined the tiles and found the color slightly mismatched the first batch. If he didn't have the experience and advised me on the issue, I would have not found out about it until after the tiles are installed. Feliciano and his team did the entire job when we got hit by the wind storm. He was very flexible in working on the schedule with us. He is dependable, reliable, and hard-working. I needed a notch cut out on the front corner for curtains to tuck into and a hole for a countertop outlet extension. Oscar provided a quote right away, I didn't have to wait days or follow up. Luckily my job wasn't too small for him! He came out right away to measure the space and installed 2 days later.
