    Static TV

Do not stay here even if you have to drive a little further. I drove for 10+ hrs and I wish I would have drove a little further. This place is very nasty and the pillows smell like mold . The bath tub clogs up so bad u cant even enjoy your shower you littlerly have to hurry up.and get cleaned before the tub over flows because it wont drain. The ceiling is coming down. We couldnt even get into.the room at first because the door was stuck shut. And there is a gap between the door and the frame. Theres cracks everywhere like they just dont care about their place. The TV is nothing but static. Talked to the people up front they could careless . Not very good customer service I had asked for the manager or someone above them and there was nobody on shift except 1 person. Not a way to run a business

If I could give them more stars because the staff is super friendly (nothing but love for the staff )but.... there was visible daylight through the door telling me there's no insulation, the bathroom toilet rocked and leaked. I had to call down to the main office with my cell phone to complain about the leakage. Their phones were out I don't think they've been "in" since like 1999. The pillows were unevenly shaped the bed had weird lint& stains on it and made us bring in our sleeping bags to sleep on. Again it's not the staffs fault but then maybe it could be if they were paid more they would do their job and stuff. Gross pictures to follow- also if my daughter were to accidentally barge in on me on the toilet ... she would have taken off a toe or two. But at $86 and something a night I guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel is only good if you need a place which accepts pets. We only stayed here because we were closing on a house in the area. Would not recommend to anyone but single men. Good Hotel for labor's and Railroad maintainers. I did go to a conference here a while back but I remember the Restrooms were very dirty and broken.

Lobby bathroom. Hope that toilet paper is clean

I know Katrina hit this area extremely hard and many buildings were destroyed or badly damaged and remained empty for months. This Inn is very badly damaged, unsafe, a fire hazard, virtually no maintenance dept, and worthless housekeeping. Torn pieces of paper will tell you your room number. Katrina was 10yrs ago so it was hard for me to be sympathetic to the male staff present. I chewed his ass out but at the same time felt like strapping on a tool belt and give these clowns direction. The building inspector and fire chief should be jailed for complete oversight within this affluent neighborhood. Do not stay here!

Cut off all lights and found peep hole to the maintenance space between rooms. (BATES MOTEL)

For the price... I can't believe people complain. It is a cozy room. Very clean. The bed is comfortable, and so I'm happy!

And the parking is a short walk around the building. Just FYI! I thought our room came with two parking pass but no you have to pay for it separate.

The Good: -Fantastic rate that we booked at the time (mid-April, less than $150/night, stayed for two nights) -Rooms were clean the hotel was mostly quiet -There was room service available from the three adjoining establishments mentioned above. -In Room temperature control worked well, it cooled the room well -Most of the staff was friendly, helpful, professional, kind, and speedy with any questions we asked or requests we had -The bathrooms, the elevators, the hallways... extremely clean. Loved that! -The happenings of the hotel and surrounding places is posted in the elevator in an itinerary style laminate. Very cool. -This may not sound like a big deal... but it is: the TV and remote both worked and made sense! -The location of the hotel is in walking distance of the beach, and bunch of fun restaurants and shops. It has a small town beach vibe to it... but that is the charm! The Bad: -The rooms, though being nice, did have a bit of dilapidation on them. Not sure how, since the place is so new. -One person up front was particularly rude, and when we asked simple questions cut to the quick with rejections or with one-word answers without making eye contact. Typically if we asked another host, the answer was friendly and different, so not sure what this person was going through during our stay. -We booked our stay and were not informed that two days, the restaurant had been rented out for special events. This kept us from enjoying any of the cuisine there. -The reserved parking is around the corner in a gated lot, not connected to the hotel and not covered, so your vehicle will be exposed to the elements. Overall, we loved our stay. And plan to stay again sometime! It's a hidden gem.

I had a family event in Pass Christian on a Saturday, so I decided to make a weekend of it. I…read morelooked at the hotel in BSL and it was way over my budget for what it was. I chose this boutique over the other one down the street because of price, parking, and convenience. The hotel has pictures of every room on their website, what the balcony will be and your view, the bathroom area, everything, so there were no surprises. I booked online and was charged pretty quickly, as they tell you up front. There are about 3-4 hours where a staff member is there to check in, and if for some reason you can't go during that time, they will leave your information out for you. Parking was easy, and there are plenty of well-lit spaces. At night, the spots on Scenic are usually taken by patrons of Bacchus and the Deck, but you should be able to still find a safe one. You I was greeted by the friendliest employee (Jordan, I believe), and I was made to feel like an old friend very quickly. There is a code to enter the room. My room was super cute and cozy. I was in 205, immediately off the elevator. I had a small balcony that is directly over the door of the hotel. The bathroom is large - so much space. There was a stand up shower only, and there could have been better lighting, but there was a lot of space in there. Even though my room was immediately at the elevator, I never heard a sound from anyone. There is a communal Keurig on each floor. i opted out of housekeeping for my short weekend stay, but I heard them when I was getting ready and they sounded friendly speaking to another guest. Be sure to head over the Bacchus and the Deck for your discounted meal. Both restaurants are just across the street and they're local favorites. You can walk over to the coffee/book store, the wine and spirits shop is a short walk, along with some little gift stores and even a take out sushi place. You can get to the beach by foot and there is a pedestrian crosswalk just down the street. I will certainly recommend Hotel Pass Christian to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay for a nice weekend.
