Horrible experience in my life. A while back i went to buy two ponytails extensions and once I arrived home I realized that the lady gave me a brand new ponytail that was in the box and the second one she gave me was the sample thats on display for everyone to see and touch. So I go back the very next day to explain to them that they made a mistake and gave me the sample ponytail instead of a brand new one. The lady that charge me the day before wasn't working that day so it was a different lady that helped me , she did look at the ponytail and the receipt then was shocked that they gave me the sample ponytail. So then she explain that she couldn't do anything about it unless her boss approves so she said to come back Saturday. So I did go Saturday and the lady who had mistakenly gave me the sample ponytail and the second lady who told me she couldn't do anything about it were both there and told me that their boss was here. So I began to explain to the boss lady what had happen and then she began to laugh at my face and tells me there is no way I'm getting my money back so I told her I do not want my money back all I want is the brand new ponytail that I paid for! She said well that is not going to happen and she continued to laugh at me. I then went up to the ladies that work there and I was talking to the second lady that helped me last time and told her that her boss doesn't want to give me the brand new ponytail that i have paid for ! Then she began to look and touch the sample ponytail that I wanted to return and then started to say " oh no you already used it and it's all stiff " . I find this business extremely offensive. They place a cone out front in the parking lot that says one of the parking spots is exclusively for their establishment. There are a lot of businesses that use that parking lot and their little sign and cone are not legal. I saw a car parked there and they put sticky notes on it saying you can't park here. If they put sticky notes on my car they would have a real problem with me. I'm thinking about turning them into the city so they can make them stop doing this. I ordered 3 x Wella Enrich Moisturizing Leave In Balm 5.07 fl. oz. for $20 CAD each, so my total order with tax was $67.20. I put this on my credit card, and they accepted the money. On July 7th, I changed my address, so I attempted to contact them via email, chat, phone to update my shipping address for the order. I received no acknowledgement that they were updating my shipping address after many attempts to contact them over the following days. On, July 10th, I canceled my order completely and requested a refund. I have contacted them via their website chat, when they're available, which isn't often, about a hundred times. If they do talk to me, they just make excuses as to why they haven't refunded my money. I've sent countless emails. Left phone messages. Nothing. This company stole my money.
