I take back my review from before. One nail fell off in less than two weeks and they charged me $12!!!!! For THEIR mistake. That would mean $110 for a full set! I have never been charged when another place has had that happens (which is rare). Also, two of my nails had bubbled up gel polish which means that they weren't dry when he was putting on the next coats. I used to do nails. I will NEVER go back again. He also filed my nails so much that they look tiny growing out even a tiny bit. I can't believe he charged me $12 for a nail. Bs. Terrible place! I thought the other place I went to had messed up recently with their new hires that weren't as good. Also the reason the nail polish kept bubbling is also because there base no base coat used for the gel...nails 101 anyone?! read more

Diana Nails is fantastic! I went there for the first time yesterday evening on a whim and they were able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment. The staff was super friendly and got me seated right away. Jen was my nail tech and she may just be my go-to from now on. She was absolutely amazing. She was able to give me the design I wanted despite it being traditionally done with acrylic (I always get dip because it's healthier) -- including the ombré nail! The picture doesn't do it justice but the ombré looks really clean and it's definitely a technique that I've seen other nail techs struggle with (but Jen got it!) The attention to detail was great, she always checked in to make sure the shaping was how I wanted it. I was literally a last minute client and the last one for the night but there was no compromise on the quality of the services I received -- she really took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I treated my 9-month pregnant wife here as a bit of relaxation, prior to giving birth. She wanted to have pretty toes when she went to the hospital. The woman who tended to my wife rushed through the manicure and pedicure, while also constantly getting up to answer the phone. No signs or listings anywhere with the prices posted. All in all though, she was done in less than 45 minutes, and spent no time in the pampering aspect that my wife truly enjoys. Overall, however, my wife was happy with her nails. TL/DR: A quick mani/pedi in less than 45 minutes for $45 (prior to tip), but don't expect any kind of pampering or frills. read more

My 3 friends and I went here to get our nails done for a wedding. I went in wanting just a regular French manicure and they kept pushing to get gel, so I did. While cleaning up my nails I was cut multiple times above my cuticles and had blood. One of my other friends also got cut multiple times. When having to put my hands under the ultra violet light my fingers were burning where I had been cut. It is now a week after getting my GEL manicure done and almost every nail is chipped and 3 fingers are completely peeling. I would not suggest going to this salon. read more

I got blue sparkle dip powder nails done by Vu and honestly am so excited for the outcome. Vu was very gentle and kind throughout the whole process. He helped me choose which two colors would suit one another and took his time putting on the beautiful teardrop gems on my nails. Highlights: Extremely friendly staff, clean, took their time doing our toes! Price: we got two deluxe pedicures yesterday, that were $40. I would say the price was right for everything you get with the pedicure, we got a hot stone treatment, paraffin wax and more. To me it was a pretty average price you would see for services like this. Atmosphere: The staff was extremely friendly to me and my mother, offered us water when we got in there, and the cleanliness of the shop was just amazing that's the first reason I choose it. They opened the pedicure tools right in front of us which I really appreciated that. The aesthetic of the shop was very nice it looked like they had remodeled recently. Service: great pedicure, did a good job doing my toes looks great and isn't sloppy like some other places do, it wasn't rushed and that's what I liked the most. Thank you for a great experience! Minorities beware! This place will charge you a certain price based on your skin color. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They charged me $67 for a fill in...unheard of...please do yourself a favor and give another nail place your business because this one is not worth it. They should be shut down for their terrible customer service. Just be aware and get a receipt for your service. I have been going to Diana's nails for years. I has a scheduled appointment and ended up leaving. I got to my appointment to pick out a color. I was 20 minutes into the wait and one of the ladies approached me and said it wouldn't be to much monger. Waited an additional 15 minutes and the nail technician still busy with the customer. I am gonna assume they took a walk-in and expected me to wait it it out. Diana Nails please respect your clients. Our Saturdays are busy too! Been here twice this month. Sparrow does an excellent job with the gels. There is a wide variety of colors. He is precise and makes sure to shape your nails how you want them. The wait isn't long and you can also call ahead for an appointment. I've been to other places in the area and prefer here. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. read more

When I read negative reviews about nail salons I think "it's just a manicure" how bad can it be. Today I found out. I visited Diane nails while visiting family in the area. I was seated promply. The nail tech removed my polish and then applied power to even out three nails. She did it incorrectly and the mixture filled the gap between my finger and the inside of the nail. Without explaining why she moved me to another nail tech. He tried to fix the issue by using the drill to remove it and cut the inside of my finger. He finally was able to soak it off with acetone. If you want your bridal party to get your nails done, come here! Everyone was so friendly and made this experience more exciting. There was about 10 of us and they made sure we felt comfortable. I have been coming here for over a year now and I've been extremely happy with their services; however, my most recent visit was not professional in my opinion. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure at 12:00, and showed up 10 minutes early. I started out and told the worker I wanted the deluxe pedicure which includes paraffin wax and hot stones (I'm a nurse and haven't gotten a pedicure in months because of working so I wanted to be spoiled) and she said that was fine. 5 minutes into my pedicure, my worker gets up to take a phone call. She comes back and asks if she can just do a normal pedicure instead of deluxe because she has an appointment at 12:30 and she didn't want to delay her next appointment.... what?! So you're going to cut my appointment short to accommodate your next client, who actually ended up showing up after 12:45? I understand appointments are difficult during these difficult pandemic times, but don't overbook and schedule appointments accordingly to accommodate ALL your clients. I went to get acrylic nails and they started cracking and falling off within 2 days. I would not recommend this place if you want acrylics.
