I am beyond happy with the haircut I received from Diana. I only showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted and she was able to cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, which was a long layered cut with face framing bangs. Shampoo was included in the price. Note that blow dry is an extra cost. I really appreciated that she was upfront about the additional cost of the blow-dry beforehand because other places would just do it and then charge you later. She was so nice and actually blow-dried my bangs (and the rest of my hair) so I could see the length and how to style my bangs without charging me. I've been to so many places that look at my hair and start adding additional costs for hair past my shoulders or the thickness of my hair, even though my hair isn't that thick. She definitely has a repeat customer and I'll bring my husband next time too for a haircut! read more

I asked Diana for style ideas and she offered good style options. Got my relaxing hair wash and then my cut, which was great. Diana tried to deny that i came into her hair salon in the first review and stated i did not come to her hair salon even insisting the hair cut looked like i cut it at home and not her own salon, but i've attached receipt of zelle payment. She then insisted I had intentionally cut my own daughter's hair at home myself to make her salon look bad. That's absurd. This is my honest review and i have no reason to lie and can provide more proof as to a phone call log that i made an appointment to get seen by an employee there who assured me she can cut my daughters hair like the bob cut i presented a picture of. It was not even close to the photo and my daughter's hair was styled in a way to hide the imperfections. The employee went as far as parting her hair and curling my daughter's hair inwards so i couldn't see and that is why i gave a tip. I didn't notice until her hair washed the next day. I will never come here again as this owner is very dishonest and is trying to make me look like i'm trying to make a false review on her business when i never asked for a refund. I just wanted other parents to be aware of my experience with my daughter here at this salon. It's been 2 months now and my daughters has has not recovered from the several uneven hair cut that as provided to my daughter. She clearly had my last review taken down because i provided the proof of payment via zelle pictured below and this justified the fact that i INDEED came into her salon after she claimed in my first review her salon never provided service to me. Everything was PERFECT!! It was my first time here and Diana was sooo sweet and professional. She washed my hair and gave me the most amazing haircut ever! I was so over my long hair and had a few inspo pics, told her what I was thinking, and she NAILED it. It turned out even better than I imagined!! I called to make an appointment and she got me in the same day which was awesome. They do take walk-ins, but honestly just make an appointment to be safe! I'm seriously obsessed with my hair. I had such a very bad experience. The owner herself cut my hair. She removed a big chunk of hair from my forehead and the back was uneven. The problem when I told her, the response was unbelievable. She basically said "what should I do now, put it back. Next time I wouldn't cut your hair". It's a damn haircut. Why the hell is everyone charging like insanity level for a simple EFFING haircut? If I had hands that live behind my back, one to hold a mirror and on to hold a pair of scissors I will cut my own hair. It's not that hard. I'm the simple type of girl that just needs her hair layered and maybe a nice blow up afterwards. Trust me, $60-$85 to get a haircut is insane. Plus tips is almost $100, right? I rather use that money for some good food! Not a haircut that might cost me $1 for a mirror at the 99 cents store, a few hair clips $3? And a pair of hair cutting scissors that is maybe $10 at most? Shit, buying a hair cut kit might cost me less than $60. All I'm paying is for that person to literally just rip off the buttons trims of my hair. Haha! So anyways, after calling a million hair salons that were going to charge me money to fill up basically my whole Lexus gas tank, I found Diana. And my goodness, she is the sweetest lady. From her down to earth personality to the way she cuts my hair the way I wanted, she was worth it! I'm so glad and for only $25 for a women'a haircut? I didn't mind tipping her a solid $10 for a job well-done. I just wanted a solid trimming and add a little more life into my layered hair. Diana not only makes my hair look nice and fresh every time, but she simply has a great personality. She will take her time styling my layers, and also sparks up funny and interesting conversations with me. I had a hair emergency on a Saturday before my vacation and Diana took care of me. I called and asked if she would be able to help correct my at-home-color-gone-wrong. She was super enthusiastic and said that it was not a problem. She was super friendly and was waiting for me when I arrived. She is very professional and really did a great job. My hair looked like I never dyed it in the first place. Her salon gets a bit busy on Saturdays and Im sure it's because of the service. That day, it was only Diana and another stylist. I can tell that she really cares about her clients because she stayed beyond closing time to help a rude client that asked for a hair cut for his son. She was super friendly despite the guy being a total jerk. I gotta give it to her, she knows how to work with people.  She also heard my daughter asking for a hair cut. As I tried explaining to her that Diana was closing soon and she still had clients to help, she also agreed to cut my daughter's hair. My daughter was super excited and happy with the result. Usually, she complains about the person making her hair weird or just a funky cut due to her curls, but my daughter was happy. She loved the outcome! Diana saved my whole day & mood! For some context: I've been having a really rough time with my hair after the last stylist at a different salon cut my hair into a bob & only did half the job (i despise bob-cuts on me) when I asked for something entirely else. I had put up with the haircut for months hoping it would grow out to something I can style, but it never did & going out to events made me miserable because I felt like I looked absolutely terrible. I have a dinner date for my anniversary tomorrow & was determined but afraid that I wasn't going to find a place/stylist that was going to give me a cut that I wouldn't cry in the car about. I went a few months ago to get a hair cut & color and it was a great experience! This is a cheap, go-to place if you're in a crunch. I spent about $70 on the color & $35 on my cut (including tip!). I'm thinking about going again tomorrow to get another cut. The people there are very kind, I've read the reviews and I can tell that some people take the tone & approach as rudeness but it really isn't that. That's literally just how they talk! Lol. Diana is fun to talk to, she is very, very, very extroverted.
