My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. I am a natural dirty blonde trying to get a silver balayage. I showed the stylist photos and she consulted with her fellow stylist what I want and told me they can get very close to what I want. I was also told $175 for a promotional offer. After sitting about 6 hours, it looked very similar to what I had come into the salon with. Nothing close to what I wanted. Also I ended up paying approximately $400 because they needed to use extra product for the amount of hair I have. I was never informed this until checkout. Imagine going in thinking of spending around $200 but paid about $400 to get nothing near what I wanted.

Reposting for Pricilla who you CONTINUE to silence and hide the mistake that one of your stylists and you as a salon made. Reposting this since someone's working so hard to remove my review to see how my experience went at this corona location. People deserve to know MY experience, if it's not here. It'll definitely be on other social media. Edit: im sure people had GREAT experience with her, But I DIDN'T. So don't take my experience and try to compare yours just because it didn't happen to you yet. Im not sure what stories Savannah tells people about what she did to my hair. But rewind the cameras and you'll see she left me sitting there while she was with other clients. And how I walked in with full head of hair and left with practically no hair. And how she ripped off the foils off my head and didn't tell me anything. I've been to Savannah before at S&S and she was great. So I went again, only to a new salon and end up losing my hair. My experience 12/17/22: This doesn't even deserve any kind of stars. Honestly, I thought about not posting this review because I'm so traumatized. But, I don't want anyone to ever go through what I am going through right now. I want others to be aware, and hopefully not end up losing your hair as well. I trusted Savannah that she would make my hair beautiful for the holidays and new years. But, turns out I was wrong. The first 2 photos are the photos of my hair 2 months ago, the picture is me sitting the chair at the salon with full head of hair, and then the bottom is what I was left with on 12/17/22 from the salon that day. Some people might think it's just hair and that it will grow. But, the fact is that I didn't get to CHOOSE to have my hair almost completely gone. It wasn't MY CHOICE. Savannah told my sister she OVER PROCESSED MY HAIR., so yes what she did caused my hair fell off. It took me so long to get my hair healthy and long after giving birth a few years ago. How could you take that away from me without any kind remorse or emotion? I cried for days. I went to Savannah, for my hair 12/17/22.. just in time for the holidays or new years. I came out of there with most of my hair GONE. When I mean gone... I only have mostly my roots left and a few strands of hair left. My roots and back Is about 1-2 inch short all the way around, and the worse part is. She said NOTHING the whole time she did my hair. Until AFTER i noticed most of my hair gone. I was so shocked and traumatized, the worse part is I think the whole salon workers knew and said nothing or even tried to help remedy the situation. Because one of the guy came and peaked in my foil, and then removed the heater off my head. And didn't say a word. Savannah knew how hard I take care of my hair and how I love it long. Savannah goes and takes it all away from me within hours. She even said said, how do you like the color? And I said where's my hair? And she said, what do you mean? It's still thick. And she said oh I won't charge you today. I'm thinking to myself um you just caused me to lose almost all my hair? Why would i pay you to make me my hair? I almost cried and she kept blow drying my hair and combed it super rough when there was nothing left! I held in my tears and cried all the way home. Savannah had the nerve to text me a few hours hours admitting that she messed up, and that she would offer to cut and color my hair. I'm thinking to myself what hair is left to cut? She pretty much took my almost all my hair. And color? Who would trust you after you ruined my whole hair? Also she even texted my sister saying how she messed up on my hair. But, would she still like to keep her appointment? Um she must be outta her mind. If she can do that to my hair I'm sure she can do that to anyone. Savannah admitted it was her bad judgement and admitted she left it on too long. She also lied to me saying her next client was coming at 1PM. The other client showed up at 10. she double booked herself , and tried to juggle clients. If she knows she can't handle it don't do it. The salon needs to supervise before she ruins other people hair. At the other salon S&S she worked at in Placentia, they hovered over her and supervised her. While I was getting my hair done there as we. They probably knew she wasn't ready, I'm not sure why the salon hired her and let her work unsupervised, when they know she is "new" to the salon as they told my sister in a message. Im just sharing my experience and hope that you can see what happen to my hair was not what I had expected or imagined to happen right before the holidays. It'll definitely take a few years to get it healthy again. read more

Summer Rose is a literal miracle worker! I have had some AWFUL experiences with past stylists and was nervous for this new transformation but she exceed my expectations far beyond what I could've hoped for! Savannah is the first person to touch my natural black hair ever! She did an amazing job including fixing my butchered bangs I had. the color came out exactly how I wanted and her personality is super friendly and she gave me great tips on how to keep my hair healthy and pretty. Stephanie, makes you feel comfortable easy to talk to and one thing that I really like about her was that she was so careful that my hair would stayed on my head.
