Because of such limited appointment time, I was not able to get in with her this summer of 2024. In November 2024 I scheduled nine appointments to carry me through spring, summer and fall of 2025. I worked with Danita to schedule me. In the spring, for some reason, every one of my appointments had been canceled and replaced by other customers in my timeslots. I am told that nobody knows what happened. I talked with one of the co-owners several times. In the end, nothing was done. I felt they should have given me my appointments back with the person I made the appointments for. They offered me other dates, times and service providers. The co-owner, in a very friendly manner, told me I was always welcome there. I will not be going back.

I wanted a fresh new look from a great salon and don't expect " budget cut" services or pricing. I arrived, checked in and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my stylist because mine was running late. Ok, no problem because I watched some great hair being done so I was so excited! I was also in clear view of a gal doing a pedicure and I thought I'd try that service out next time. Good to know it's all under one roof. After waiting with anticipation of the stylist finishing up with their haircuts and blowouts, the gal that fished the pedicure came up to me saying she is ready for me. I was confused.... My heart sank. The excitement was gone and I just couldn't go through with it. I couldn't trust that I would get the same beautiful results as an experienced & skilled stylist for my big hair change. I asked her if she just got done doing that pedicure and was a newer stylist and she said yes, I just got done with the pedicure and have been cutting for about one year. I apologized and said I wasn't comfortable with her cutting my hair. I never had a pedicure nail person cut my hair before. The gal at the desk said all their stylist do pedicures and didn't offer any alternatives. She didn't care that I waited 30 minutes post my scheduled appointment and didn't care that I was not comfortable and didn't try to find me someone more experienced. She didn't even sell me on this stylist either!! Didn't build her up at all. Retaining my business was not a consideration at all. She was all too ok with me walking out the door. Since when does skilled experienced stylist do pedicures on Saturday ? I could have went to "budget cuts" and pay 15.00 rather than 85 plus a tip. That price point comes with expectations of getting a trained stylist passionate about her or his craft.

I am in my late 50's and never saw anyone my age there, always young girls, I assume that is who they cater to. They are not open Saturdays and for full-time working people it was very hard and I had to wait so long for an appointment. They all had little kids and didnt want to be there but they dont care about us working people. I dealt with all that but what bothered me the most and made me finally look for another salon was the insane prices. When you need color and cut, it was outrageous and then it was hard to leave my normal tip. What are they thinking!!! When I mentioned the prices to other people they couldnt believe I would go there. I have been to alot of salons in my life and this has been by far the priciest. There are just too many salons out there to justify spending that and my hair looks no different for half the cost.

An instrument with crystals helps to remove blemishes and fine lines. It removes the old cells of the skin to give a fresh look. Karlee used a cleanser, toner and moisturizers, so many I don't remember. My face felt great, and I needed it done. Aveda products she used are for sale. Then I returned for a brow tint. Karlee chose my hair color. She plucked, waxed, shaped and colored my brows using an Aveda pencil that contains wax. Therefore it is waterproof, and last four to six weeks. I really liked the results. I purchased the pencil for $24. Prices for all salon and spa services are online. Receiving a gift card was wonderful.
