At 1:28pm, another client arrived for her 1:30pm appointment. I was then asked if I could have my pedicure done first while Chloe helped her next client. This meant I would have to wait for my manicure to be done while she worked on someone who had an appointment after mine. Essentially, I would have been waiting nearly double the time to have both services completed. I make appointments because my schedule is limited, and I value my time. It felt like my appointment was not being honored. If double-booking is part of the scheduling process, that should be communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, I chose to leave without receiving any services because I did not feel comfortable waiting significantly longer than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this place if your time is limited.

It was 100% percent worth the splurge. The spa was clean and decorated in red and gold for the Lunar New Year. Everyone was so nice. I love cooking Vietnamese food so the owner even brought me a special Lunar New Year dish (I think it's called Báhn Chu'ng or Báhn Tét). It was so delicious and so thoughtful.
