I understand that grooming can sometimes be challenging, I am very disappointed that this injury occurred. If my dog was uncomfortable or resisting during the process it would have been more appropriate to avoid continuing rather than risk causing harm. Now as a result of this incident, I need to seek veterinary care and pay additional medical expenses. What really made me was that I was not informed of the injury at the time of pick up. due to this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to other pet owners. As I was cleaning his paws on May 23rd I noticed a piece of his paw was hanging on his rear left paw aswell. We had to rush him to the emergency room and have to pay extra medical fees.

Upon picking our dog up, they were told by Coleen that she will no longer be accepting/providing service for our dog because, "she is not cooperating". She made the claim that our dog would keep pulling her paws away. This was the first time a complaint like this was made about our dog. Likewise, upon coming home, I noticed these razor burns on our dog's stomach. The times we've taken our dogs to the groomers, this has also not been an issue, and when I myself have shaved her stomach, this has not been an issue. No wonder our dog was eager to leave the establishment. We are definitely less than satisfied with the work.

I called RtF and spoke with Sierra who was very friendly and informative on the phone on their varying prices on grooming. She also told me you can communicate via text messages and also to send paperwork (rabies vaccine proof) which was very convenient. When I arrived I thought their store setup was unique. You walk in and you can see the dogs being groomed right in front of you. I explained to Sierra my concerns regarding my dog's skin allergies and previous knee surgery. Sierra was very attentive and thanked me for giving that information and they would take good care of my dog. They also said it was ok for them to use our dog's prescription shampoo from the Vet. I left and after a few hours I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived Sierra explained how the grooming went and that my dog did well. I was very satisfied with how my dog looked and smelled and payment was easy via credit card. I will definitely bring our dog back for future grooming sessions.

I asked if I could speak to a manager and was transferred back to the front. The lady that answered was the same lady that I had spoken to on 11/26/25. She said she remembered the conversation and went to go speak to the store Manager, Sean. Sean stated that they could not honor the coupon but stated he could give me 20% off of the service. This is false advertising, and aside from that I was lied to. I asked Sean to please pass my information over to his boss, Nick who is the district manager. I waited 3 days for a call but I did not receive one. I called today and spoke to a rep. I explained the situation to the rep. He put me on hold and said he sent a text to the district manager and he too said they could only give me 20% off of the service. The rep stated he would pass my information on to Nick so he could give me a call. These people do not keep their word and do not return phone calls or reply to messages requesting a call. I love this store but sadly will not be returning and will be reporting the false advertising to the BBB.

My family and I were looking into dog boarding over Labor Day weekend, and found this place on…read moregoogle. What interested us in this place was it being specifically for smaller sized dogs, under 40lbs. We took him on a trial visit which he loved, although he was very nervous. After that, about once a week we would take him to regular daycare just so he can get used to being around the employees and the dogs. When we would pick him up, he would be so full of energy and joy. He would mainly stick by the people rather than the dogs, he's just like that. During his stay, he had gotten a minor injury(due to his fault not the daycare), which they called us to let us know of what had happened, what they will be doing (cleaning the wound and making sure he doesn't lick it). If it had escalated, they would provide some medication, but luckily he was perfectly fine and unbothered. They were very informative and caring for the dogs, have a great location, and the people are kind, we are grateful. Although we do not need to take him to daycare or to board him anytime soon, we would definitely return here if we needed to.

Our boy is a rescue and can be a little fussy and needy at times (especially at night), but the team there has always been incredibly patient, kind, and attentive to his needs. They genuinely understand dog behavior and go the extra mile to make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and cared for. Communication is another thing they do really well. Whenever he boards, we receive regular updates and photos--often daily--which gives us a lot of peace of mind while we're away. Even when he's just there for a single day of daycare, they still send photos so we can see how he's doing. It's clear the staff truly care about the dogs they work with, and that level of care shows in everything they do. The facility is also kept very clean and well maintained. Most importantly, our dog loves going there--which says everything. He's always howling and happy to get out of the car to go inside and play with his friends.
