I was having a loud winding noise coming from my furnace. It would come and go, and I've had it for about a year. When it was making noise, it would easily wake up my neighbors. Granted, I only use the furnace about two or three times. Tim came recommended from a RV/boat body shop. He was readily available to come and look at my travel trailer. He was able to remove the furnace and diagnose the problem almost instantly. Apparently when the furnace is made, there should've been a clamp on the fan wheel. It was obviously missing and nowhere to be found. I would say that the factory actually forgot to install the clamp. He replaced it and put everything back together and cleaned up all of the mess. Tim pays a lot of attention to detail. He completely cleaned out the furnace with compressed air, and had to replace the caulking around the vent. It looked better after he was done with it then when it came from the factory. The price he charge was very reasonable considering it was a mobile visit. Nothing worse than having to take your trailer somewhere and not get it back for weeks. It was great that he was able to have it fixed in a matter of hours. I will definitely use him again for any issues I have with my travel trailer. I would definitely recommend him for any RV repairs. Thanks again Tim! read more

For TWO years we have been having issues with our 2020 Winnie: First the batteries (our fault for allowing them to dry out), then the fridge, then another new fridge while under warranty, then the microwave, then the converter. All work was performed by Performance RV in Oakdale, and they couldn't find a correlation, and I'm starting to look at poor Winnie like she needs to go away. We brought her home for a trip we were leaving on the next day, and the carbon monoxide detector began alarming. We had no time to take it anywhere, and in my frustration I called Tim. Tim arrived at the crack of dawn (as he had promised) and determined within five minutes the batteries were incorrectly hooked up. I was dumbfounded. It would have been nice if Performance RV would have noticed that $6,000 ago...and Tim's hourly rate was cheaper! I cannot express enough appreciation to Tim for making RV'ing fun again! He is my hero, and I no longer worry what is gonna break next - but if something does, I don't have to take it anywhere, I just have to call Tim, how easy is that?!!!
