My SUV had a catastrophic failure inside a parking garage at LAX. I was pretty in shock because I maintain the vehicle and it has never had any problems. If your insurance asks you for a formalized invoice/receipt from a Towing company this company will dodge your request. They will take down all the information over the phone, say they will email you the paperwork and then not do it. I've talked to 4 different agents and they all took my info, but never processed my request for a formal invoice. Also the guy that towed my truck started loading up the vehicle before disabling the parking break. Bad communication or maybe he just didn't notice? I wasn't going to complain about that, but the formal invoice request/no response situation is getting pretty stupid. read more
