Shrimp Salad with ceaser dressing and pickled onions
    Andi W.

This was my first time visiting a Diced before but I was looking for a place to get a good salad that I could customize. I was happy to find Diced. I got the shrimp salad and changed the dressing and added a few other things and took out a few. That is the part I loved and made the salad in my eyes even better.

my order it's steak and avocado and brown rice with chipotle ranch and an egg diced in it

Do not get the steak if you have braces bro i'm eating ts rn and im struggling the steak is impossibly hard to chew even without braces it seems so hard bro. i need to get my protein in so i can't just not eat the steak i've gotta swallow it pretty much whole. i kinda like swallowing things whole tho so maybe don't change it

My first visit to Diced was a success! I immediately loved the array of menu items to choose from. The Diced team was nice and helpful when I asked questions regarding the menu choices. I appreciated their assistance since it was our first visit. I opted to order choose your own salad bowls. My salad included avocado, fried onions, spring mix lettuce, bacon and a few other ingredients with ranch dressing. The items were tossed together and chopped up. I have to admit that a good chopped salad is my new favorite thing. I will definitely visit Diced again. Also, the restroom here was super clean. It makes a difference when visiting public places.

I was in a good for a healthy salad for lunch and this was the perfect choice! They had so many options and the ingredients were all incredibly fresh and customer service was excellent! The place was extremely clean too! Great price for the large serving size. Five solid stars!

Fast, friendly, and delicious. Make sure you grab a slice of fresh bread with your salad, so yummy!

3.5 rounded up to a 4 for the fabulous customer service. The ingredients were super fresh. The staff were friendly and so helpful in helping me select something low calorie yet still flavorful. My salad was pretty good, but next time I will try another. Great place to go for healthy food.

    Kale tofu salad bowl

Good place! I been here a lot to all their location. Quick and yummy and healthy! Sometimes I do have bad experience with their tofu being burnt and not the best. I think it happen a few times at multiple of diced location not just the cary one. It good when it done right. I love their ginger carrot dressing. I wish I could buy it in a bottle but they don't sell that one. Once they do sell it I will be buying it. It so yummy and the best. It the big reason I keep coming back. Everyone usually super nice who works there. Sometimes the works are more generous with how they fill the bowls and sometimes it a bit small. It just depends on who you get or if they willing to add more when asked.

    Harvest Crunch
    Mason R.

The Harvest Crunch was a mouth watering mound of salad goodness, with a great variety of healthy ingredients and packed with flavor! The staff were very chill and helpful, which I appreciated on my first visit. The vibe of place is just a simple cafe, similar to any of the simple build-a-bowl cafes.

    "Daisy Duke" salad type, modified.
    Chip R.

Bottom line: DICED yielded a OK salad but for the price, the bang for the buck was not there at least for me. Good portion but OK salad taste, not over the top result. The Deets: I had a chance to go by and have lunch with a work group at this Cary location of DICED recently. It's a nice bright place inside but not a huge amount of seating inside, there are tables outside as well I believe. When I came up to order, it reminded me of a Subway type of set up where you give your order, they put the components together then on down the line they chop and mix the components to your specifications. The concept was cool, the result after the execution was not as great as I was expecting. The portion was big (bigger than maybe I'd want for a serving of salad) but it tasted like a normal type salad...I got a "Daisy Duke" type (sliced roasted turkey, bacon, shredded cheddar, egg, red onion, tomatoes & croutons with their buttermilk ranch dressing mixed in) off the menu but with no egg or tomato. It's not cheap for a salad and for that price, I am expecting a bang for the buck...it was OK for a salad but not over the top for me. Value vs. result could use some work for me before I consider another visit.

    Craft Your Own veggie bowl
    Sneha P.

My body needed fibre so I starting yelp-ing salad places and diced popped up!! I crafted my own bowl - artisan mix, wild grains, veggie bowl, 4 toppings were purple cabbage, egg, edamame and feta cheese .. had it diced up and tossed in Greek feta and Carrot ginger dressing .. I was not feeling excited about it until I took a bite and was mind blown ! Such yum flavours and so filling I'm already planning my order for the next trip

I usually order the two chicken skewer kabobs with rice, a super salad, and the jalapeño cilantro hummus. The hummus is *so* good that I often grab a small container to take with me when I travel. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients, especially with olive oil as a base. They offer both fresh pita and gluten-free pita, which is great for anyone with dietary restrictions. Honestly, I could make a meal just out of all the sides--they're that good. The menu is consistently solid, and I feel like you really can't go wrong with anything you order. It's a perfect spot for a low-key lunch or dinner. We stopped by on a Sunday morning and the place was buzzing--I'm guessing many diners were coming from church. Thankfully we made a reservation because every table seemed to fill up quickly. To kick things off, we each ordered a refreshing Lone Rider wheat beer along with two appetizers. The Shoestring Okra Fries were a fun twist on a Southern classic--crispy, lightly seasoned with chili citrus seasoning, and even better dipped in the tangy lime mayo. We also shared the Artichoke Dip, which arrived bubbling hot, creamy, and perfect for spreading on the toasted bread. For brunch, we went with two very different dishes, and both were excellent. The Asparagus & Mushroom Omelet was fluffy and packed with flavor from the goat cheese and pickled onions, while the buttery biscuit with jam on the side was a nice Southern touch. The Fried Green Tomato & Bacon Benedict was the standout of the meal. Crispy fried green tomatoes, perfectly poached eggs, smoky bacon, and rich hollandaise came together beautifully without feeling overly heavy. We couldn't leave without one more treat. The Strawberry Kiwi Margarita was bright, fruity, and balanced with just enough tequila and a zesty spiced citrus rim to keep it refreshing. To finish, we shared an Affogato, the perfect ending with creamy ice cream and a shot of hot espresso. If you're planning a Sunday brunch in Cary, make a reservation--you'll be glad you did. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

The Chicken & Waffles was my favorite! The chicken was nice and crispy and the waffle was a sweet corn waffle. I'm on a quest to find the best Dirty Martini in the area and this is in contention. I ordered the burger and my husband got the shrimp and grits. We'd say they were "fine". Neither the meat nor shrimp were seasoned. That said they were cooked well. The grits were well done and the relish was on target. The fries were also fantastic. Overall, it was a good experience sitting on the beautiful patio with music coming into the space from the park. With a few tweaks this could get a better rating.

As someone who really enjoys big, spicy flavors in Chinese food, I find Q Noodles to be on the tamer side. This isn't necessarily the worst thing, my grandparents prefer these flavors a lot more. However, the style of food does not make up for some the unknown of a high or low experience. Q Noodles is one of the few places in the area that serves soup dumplings. Unfortunately, during my last visit the soup dumplings had no soup in them. The flavor of the meat inside was decent, but the lack of soup was disappointing! It makes the dish what it is. I also don't particularly fancy their rice bowls, and that says a lot coming from someone who eats an unholy amount of rice. I eat a lot of Taiwanese braised pork rice, so when I saw it on the menu I certainly had some expectations. I didn't get the Taiwanese version, rather, a more mild version where the pork was leaner and definitely overcooked. Their pork chop rice bowl is decent. While there are some misses, there are also some highlights. The popcorn chicken with the spicy powder rocks, the spicy braised beef noodle soup is packed with heat and delicious flavors, and their braised chicken is tender, juicy and kind of like a great Bourbon chicken. It pairs well with a rice bowl. Q Noodles certainly won't be my #1 choice when it comes to Chinese food, given the amount of options in the area. However, there are some really solid options that I think still give it some charm. I just hope that next time, my soup dumpling has some soup!

Noodle Blvd is located in a spot that you could easily miss, but it's easy to get back on track. I pulled into the gas station parking lot beside the restaurant, then just turned right into the restaurant parking lot. The parking lot is fairly small, so be warned about that. My friend was there when I arrived, and he sat at the bar. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and waves. It was very inviting, which is fitting for a ramen restaurant. My friend ordered us Lychee Margaritas, and oh my goodness, it was so good! We decided to visit right at opening on a Saturday, so the bartender was still preparing some of the ingredients needed for the margarita. The bartender informed us that it's usually better once a key ingredient sits for a while, but I loved the drink regardless. I ordered edamame for an appetizer, which came quickly and was good! Since I've never had ramen before, I asked our server what he recommended, and he told me about some of their most popular dishes. He told me the N9. Chicken Curry Ramen was a favorite of his and the patrons, so I decided to order that. It came quickly, and I was immediately in HEAVEN upon my first bite. I loved every bite after! I decided to play it safe with the spice and got level 2, but I can definitely go up a level or 2 since I love spicy. Highly recommend, and I will be back!
