Lucky 32 had lovely ambiance and super nice and helpful staff. We had a party of four and we were seated in a very comfortable booth that felt private and quiet, although the restaurant was bustling for a Sunday lunch. I really enjoyed my strawberry mocktail! The fried green tomatoes with bacon and voodoo sauce were also very nice! I was disappointed in my salmon salad- the salmon tasted like it came from a can or something. My friends didn't enjoy their burgers because they said they tasted like they'd been cooked on a griddle, when the server assured us they were flame broiled (who knows, but they were bummed to have spent to much for a premium burger that didn't feel premium). My husband enjoyed his bacon wrapped meatloaf- it was rich, but a nice indulgence. All in all, I wish I'd ordered differently for my entree but I did enjoy my dining experience!

Came here for a work dinner and service was good for our group of six. The restaurant has a good amount of seating and while we had a reservation, you may be lucky to get a table on a weekday without issue. Not pictured is my entree which was the special, a halibut which was probably the best plate out of the entire group. My coworker shared of piece of his brick chicken and I found it a bit dry. One of my favorite things ordered was the fried green tomatoes. Super tasty!

I was in town for work, and the reviews brought me here. The food was incredible, but I have to say the best part of the evening was my server (AG). He was kind, thoughtful, and we had a lovely chat. This young man has a great future ahead of him, and he is a wonderful asset to your restaurant. As for the food, I had the chicken with goat cheese, butternut squash mash, and blistered okra. To be fair, I was a bit nervous as this is not a normal flavor combination I've encountered, but it was seriously yummy! If work brings me back to Cary, I'll definitely be back!

I love Lucky 32 and we go there regularly. I recently found out they have so many gluten free dishes. I am so thrilled it's like finding a new restaurant. My husband had the catfish and he said it was the best he's ever had. My chicken was excellent. The cornbread is gluten free. Our service was great too.

My family and I returned to Lucky 32 thanks to a gift card from a friend, and it felt like a welcome revisit to a place we hadn't dined at in some time. We reviewed the menu ahead of arrival and were seated immediately, a smooth and hospitable start to the evening. Our server, Alex G., was thoughtful and attentive, with an ease that belied the fact that he'd only been there a month. What stood out most was his honesty. When unsure of an answer, he took the time to check rather than guess, a small but meaningful detail that spoke to his pride in the experience he was delivering. We ordered the pan-seared brick chicken served with pan gravy, roasted root vegetables, and buttered green beans, along with the cornmeal-crusted catfish accompanied by slaw, creole mayonnaise, creamy grits, and more green beans. Everything arrived hot, well composed, and satisfying. While the plates are served fully assembled and ingredients do touch, I would have preferred the coleslaw on the side. That said, the flavors more than made up for it. The pecan espresso martini was a highlight. Rich, indulgent, and beautifully balanced, it is absolutely worth ordering for anyone without a nut allergy. We dined in the evening when the ambiance is intentionally low-lit and intimate. Those who prefer more light may want to request a brighter table. Practical details were also well covered with a clean restroom and ample parking. Overall, Lucky 32 delivered a consistently enjoyable dining experience. Confident food, genuine service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a solid choice and one we were happy to return to.

I went here for lunch with coworkers. Daniel was awesome. He gave recommendations on the menu and described the entrees to our party. Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The fried catfish was nice & crispy. Paired nicely with the bed of grits. The establishment offers plenty of parking. The inside was nice & clean. Christmas music was playing for the holidays. The entire staff was friendly. Greeted me upon entry & showed our party guest to our table when they arrived. I recommend this for date night or a nice lunch to get away from the office.

Great experience, ambiance, service and food! Came here to celebrate a birthday before the Chinese lantern light show. Such a great experience. Our server was accommodating and friendly. Consistently checked on us and provided all things even remembering the birthday cake for the birthday person (from our reservation note). I ordered the jambalaya (mild) and it was very tasty! I also had the fried green tomatoes and fried okra. All very good and not oily. For dessert we had the Sweet Potato Cheesecake which was amazing! Star of the show! We are definitely coming again to try more of the menu.

If you're a fan of American Test Kitchen (ATk) the way that I am, you will especially appreciate this review. I've never had a bad meal here. Not only is the waitstaff trained especially well, the food is pretty darn good. With that being said, there is always room for improvement. I ordered the chicken sandwich. My lunch companion the herbed chicken option. The complementary bread and butter was fantastic. The cornmeal batter chicken could have benefited from a dash or two of salt. In most instances the lack of salt would not be an issue ( due to sauces) However- a good portion of the chicken protrudes beyonds the bun. The collard greens were a tad bit under salted, and acidic , but tasty nonetheless. The fries were too good. I have to say it again, the fries were too good. I love pickles and l love okra, but how do I feel about pickled okra (it was delicious)? Honestly, I can nitpick about options because the food is that good! If you love Americanized Southern food, at an affordable price point this is your go-to-option! My lunch companion cleared the plate - and if drink options are your preference - this is a beyond solid spot. Brunch/Dinner/American Southern: 4.85

Came here for a book club meeting! We ended up making a larger reservation than we needed and our server Dell and the manager Morgan were FABULOUS with accommodating us. The food was DELICIOUS! We ordered so much amongst the 5 of us. I had the shrimp and grits and they were BOMB. The fried green tomatoes? GET THOSE. The truffle fires? GET THOSE TOO. Crab dip? YOU KNOW THE DRILL. We all had different drinks but I had the seasonal espresso martini and let's just say I had 2. So yes, it was good. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes on the menu. It was easy to make a reservation, indoor and outdoor seating, very chill vibe inside and also private parking for their restaurant. Highly recommend!

Shoestring okra fries! Definitely recommend these.

I consider Lucky 32 a staple of my childhood. My family and I used to go to the old one off of Falls of the Neuse all the time before it shut down years ago. Unfortunately it's not the same as we've remembered. This wasn't my first time at the Cary location, but it was for my family. The restaurant itself is beautiful and I really love the ambiance. The waitstaff are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We went here for my brother's birthday and first shared the Shoestring Okra Fries (highly recommend - they're delicious). Three of us also ordered bowls of she crab soup, and we all really enjoyed that. The meals were hit and miss. A couple of us really enjoyed our food. My brother and I thought ours were so-so. I got the pan seared brick chicken, which honestly to me; wasn't anything special. It reminded me of a meal we'd frequently make at home and there just wasn't a ton of flavor. I expected more. My brother felt the same way about his steak bearnaise. Lucky 32 also used to serve a chicken tomato basil soup that was very popular, so popular they released the recipe for it years ago. Not sure why they took that off the menu. That was very disappointing, but oh well guess we'll have to make it at home. All in all it was a good dinner but it could've been better.

Birthday dinner with the family, perfect. The vibe is chill and kinda nice. Our waiter was friendly and patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. Fried green tomatoes is definitely a must have appetizers. The old fashion and salmon were also very good. They didn't forget my mom's birthday and brought out an extra brownie with the dessert. We all plan on coming back here again.

Lucky 33 southern kitchen is serving up classics in a delicious comfortable atmosphere. We made reservations for 2 to enjoy Friday date night and we both want to go back for more. The fried green tomatoes were delicious and crispy. My jambalaya was spicy and rich, full of shrimp and sausage. My husband's duck dish stole the show. It was so perfectly cooked, with crispy skin, and a bright flavorful green sauce. The service was average and the dessert menu was not exciting. The ambiance was just casual enough that it did not feel stuffy.

Had a group dinner here tonight. The service was very good and the food was also good. This place has great vibes for hosting a group or even dinner with the family. I had the pork chop and it came cut up which was surprising but tased wonderful.

As someone who grew up in the South and now lives in Miami, I have pretty high standards when it comes to chicken and waffles. The chicken was disappointingly dry and lacked seasoning, while the waffle tasted more like something pre-made and reheated than freshly prepared. The syrup didn't help matters either, tasting more like a heavily processed corn syrup product than real maple syrup. The loaded tater tots were the stronger of the two dishes. The tots themselves were impressively crunchy, and the toppings were generous. The pimento cheese added richness, while the red and green onions brought some welcome freshness and balance. Even so, the dish felt a bit dry overall and never quite rose above average. The bright spot was the service. Everyone was friendly, the food came out quickly. With so many great places to eat in Raleigh, this ended up feeling like a missed opportunity and, for me, wasn't the best use of valuable stomach space on a short visit to the city.

I was thrilled that most of the menu was available. They were just out of the banana pudding. So I got to try the pecan wings I read about with the white sauce. It was so good. Then I got the chicken pot pie and biscuits. The pot pie had old biscuits for the topping, but the creamy mixture with large chunks of chicken was delicious. My biscuits came with honey and were served warm. I left with a slice of the chocolate-caramel-coconut cake, a side salad without onions, and a fried boneless thigh. The salad was made correctly, and the dressing was included. The salad was full of veggies, and the cake was rich and moist. But they didn't rush me at all. I actually liked the space between the dishes, as I might not have been able to eat it all otherwise. I couldn't finish both biscuits and was even provided a container for the honey. I am going to miss Beasley's, but I'm glad I got a positive experience to remember the restaurant.
