It was not easy for him either and we had some delays, but none of them were his fault. He stayed on the issue, communicated frequently and clearly, and ultimately fixed the problem. I hope I don't need their services for a larger issue but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeffrey and Middlesex for a large job. This is a third generation family business. I believe Jeff's Dad and grandfather would be proud of the way he runs the shop.

It wasn't a speedy process, but that was due very much to the insurance company taking forever to schedule the appraiser. I brought in my daughter's 2003 Civic to ask about repairing a panel; again, they said it was not worth replacing the part, but they could rig up a fix for free. I have not returned to take advantage of their offer yet, but the fact that they are willing to do stuff like this when their time is money says a lot about them.
