Brought my 2000 VW Jetta in to get the driver side fixed after an accident. Jeff looked it over and told me it was going to be more than the insurance estimate, and that he would work with them to figure it out. I told him that I was concerned because it is an older car and the insurance might just total it out. He told me not to worry about it and that he would work with what he got and keep me informed if there were any issues. I also needed a couple of other minor things done that he took care of (that maybe were not so minor after all). Bottom line, I just had to drop my car off and drive away in a rental that he provided, come back a week later and pick up a perfectly repaired car. Really great job, great communication, thorough... Everyone here was BEYOND amazing. After my first accident I was really shaken up and the staff was very kind. Initially my insurance company thought my car was repairable but after a supplemental claim it was pronounced totaled. Steve and Jeff gave me great advice about how to get a fair value for my car from my insurance company. Also, seeing that I was sentimental as this was my first car, they gave me the emblem off my bumper as a memento. Though they had nothing to gain because my car wasn't getting repaired after all, they answered all my questions very promptly and were there for me through the entire process. After backing up in my driveway in my wife's car and hitting the front of my car, I had two cars that needed some body repair. When I found out from my insurance company that this was a moving violation and that I would be billed a surcharge for 7 years (love this state!), paying for repairs in cash became the plan. The whole staff was friendly, professional, responsive.....and the work done on both care was excellent at a very fair price. I was very happy and relieved to get this all done. I have been here twice now and had an awesome experience both times. The first time I got into my first car accident and needed some body work done on a side door. I wasn't very familiar with the whole process and Jeff was very helpful in helping me understand it and communicating everything that was being done. Jeff is really great, he made the overall experience much less stressful than I expected. He definitely shows that they care for their customers. I had a car that ran great that was my mom's who passed away. The thing was the rocker panels were rusted. This was a 2001 Buick. I went to another Auto Body shop who wouldn't do it. Jeff explained to me the options and when the work was done it was fantastic. And very affordable. I now have a car with my mom's memory that can pass inspection. They have made the process of working with insurance appraisers really transparent. They always provide options to lower cost and let you know what will look good and what will be cheaper but ok, etc. They are always willing to go an extra step to make sure everything is great. I've had work done here twice now and it has been outstanding. Not only has the quality of work been awesome, but the customer service was also great. On both occasions, I was unfamiliar with the insurance process and how this was supposed to work. Jeff patiently walked me through the steps and advocated for me to get what was best for me. I've twice had repairs done to my car, and both times they came out great. First was to the front bumper which they painted and popped back into place. The second was just recently, and they repaired a rear bumper, filled in a couple of puncture holes, and painted scratches. I'm not kidding to say that it looks not just better than before, but perfect and you'd never know anything hit the car. They're really easy to work with too, so I'm sure if it comes up again I'll bring my car back for any future repairs as well. read more
