I really can't say enough good things about proshine. I have unfortunately had to bring my car to proshine two different times this past year or so, and both times they have gone above and beyond and surpassed my expectations. Not only is their work impeccable, but their customer service is stellar as well! The body work/ repair really do look great and you never would have known that I smoked a coyote on route 9 which ripped my bumper off a little over a week ago. All the work was done both times in a very timely manner and they kept my apprised to the situation the whole time. The inside looks great as well; you can tell they vacuumed and even wiped/washed the entire interior. It looks better then before I brought it in. I also had some issues with insurance and they were supremely understanding and accommodating. I also almost forgot to refill the gas in my rental and Marcelo, who is great by the way. (I think he is the owner/ manager) reminded me and was totally cool with me running out to go get gas real quick. I also forgot my garage door opener in the rental and he had no problem with getting it and putting it in the office for me to get the next day. After getting 2 quotes to fix a huge dent across the right side of my SUV I sought help from Marcelo at Proshine. Immediately I felt he could take care of it as I noted a wounded Mazerati on his property. Marcelo explained that instead of replacing the door he would fix mine, thus saving me money. He said others often replace to save TIME. Since I was paying out of pocket, this made sense. What a gorgeous job his men did! Besides, since I was in crisis mode with a hospitalized loved one , he additionally cleaned up the interior as a complete surprise. He's terrific. read more

Marcelo and his TEAM are magical! After backing my Porsche Macan S into a STOP sign, I went to Pro Shine, and spoke with Marcelo and he told me it would be no problem fixing it. Of course, I was hesitant because my car is my 'baby,' and worried about the paint matching up. But, Marcelo was confident he could fix it, he even told me to go to Herb Chambers Collision Center in Holliston to get a quote - which I did and the quote was outrageous! To make a long story short, Pro Shine repaired and refinished the tailgate, rear bumper, and got new emblems. Picked it up today and its perfect! I could not be happier! I never leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service of Dmitriy and his staff that I felt the need to. My 2018 Mercedes GLC was recently hit and sustained several scratches across the bumper, as well as a deep scratch on the door. This place was close to my office so I gave it a blind try. They gave me an honest and fair price and did a GREAT job. The car looks better than it did when I bought it. I'll preface this by saying that I don't normally post yelp reviews, but felt It was criminal that ProShine doesn't have any. I stumbled upon ProShine because my office is down the road from them. I needed a small bumper imperfection corrected on my 335, which would require sanding, spraying, and blending. I am extremely particular about who works on my cars, but after seeing the shop and speaking to Marcelo I knew I was in good hands. They use PPG paints and are well versed in working on high end vehicles. When I came in, they had a mid 2000's CL-AMG and a fairly new i8 sitting inside. The reason they don't have reviews online is because they mainly do internal work for local dealerships. The work on my car was flawless, fast, and done for a very fair price. I plan to bring my Boxster S to Marcelo when It comes out of hibernation in the spring to have a bumper scratch taken care of. Give ProShine a shot, I'm certain you'll be pleased with the results. read more

Went here for a minor auto body repair. They were the only auto body shop open after 5 which was great since I work full time. Got there at 5:30. I expected them to give me an estimate, hike up the price for my insurance company, tell me to come back, etc. instead they did the repair on the spot, and no charge! They were all super nice and professional. Ask for Dimitri who I believe was one of the owners. I will be going back here for any future auto body repairs! read more
