I was referred to this shop. Enrique (owner) was very attentive and charming until he hooked my business. The repairs of the body work and paint job were poorly and sloppy done. I returned the vehicle twice to the shop in order for the shop to fix the issues. Once my insurance provide payment check, the owner Enrique kicked me to the curb. He's been ignoring my calls and texts. Unfortunately Coach & carriage is not in my insurance network and so they can't intervene and force this company to fix my vehicle. I now have to look into legal action against this unprofessional company. DO NOT USE Coach &Carriage. You will be disappointed. read more

Exceptional job on repair of front-end damage to my 2021 Honda CRV Touring. There was damage to the bumper, fender, hood, and some of the engine/mechanical parts (see attached pictures). I didn't know anything about Coach & Carriage of Natick, but after reading its reviews, I decided to repair it with them. It was the right decision because the work to repair it was fantastic. The car was spotless inside as well as out. Very pleasant to work with them. Customer service from the shop is excellent, especially Joseph Gagliardi who was my shop representative. He is a very diligent professional, courteous, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, but overall, the entire staff is extremely friendly and treated me with great professionalism and the utmost respect. My car was hit by a snowplow in a parking lot in Natick and my dealership suggested I go to Coach & Carriage for the repairs. Even though it took much longer to repair than it should have (thanks to COVID), I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Every time I called to check in, the staff was so helpful and apologetic and when it was finally time to pick up my car it was perfectly clean on the inside and out. I was having a lot of trouble getting reimbursed by the other driver's insurance company and Joe went above and beyond to help me get the payment I deserved. I dropped my car off to get fixed for extremely minor damage and the estimated time for repair they said would be "about a week". Three weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them so I decided to call and they told me that they hadn't even ordered the parts to fix it yet but it would be done by the next week. I called again the next week and they said they would need ANOTHER week to complete fixing it. I know nothing about car repairs or how long they actually take but I am extremely annoyed by the entire situation because I was only supposed to be without my car for a week and it has now been over a month and who knows when my car will actually be done. Not to mention they told me they would call me back in 10 minutes and never returned the call and when I called back the next day explaining the situation, the woman rudely tried to tell me that she DID call me back and left a voicemail but she in fact did not do either. read more

My wife needed the third light replaced on her SUV - Coach & Carriage could not have been more helpful. They looked for a replacement online (my car is old and after market) and could not find one. I found and I ordered a replacement, and it was defective when Coach & Carriage tried to install it - the company sent a replacement and it was ALSO defective when Coach & Carriage tried to install it. Finally the third time, and it worked when it Coach & Carriage installed it. After all that time and effort, they did not charge. Thank you so much for that. read more

Great job on repair of damage to my Prius's front end. I went to them (after checking reviews here and on Angie's List) because they have some deal with Commerce Insurance to do "one-stop shopping" estimate and repair. They also took care of little details which would not have occurred to me to check (covered by insurance, so I assume everything was necessary, or the insurance company would not have paid for it), such as coolant for the electric motor. The car has baked in the sun for three summers, but I can't tell where the old paint ends and the new begins. Maybe Toyota makes excellent paints which don't change color over three years? The car was spotless inside as well as out when I got it back. Very pleasant to work with. Update: I had work done on the same car a few years later, and the new shop showed me a few corners that got cut on the prior work, like a grill that was patched up instead of replaced. Coach & carriage insisted that they'd fix my car to look how it had been (even BETTER! ) & that they'd work with insurance until everything was properly covered in the repair quote... they certainly delivered to their promise!! The folks at Coach & Carriage are awesome!!! I've been using them for about 20 years, and they always go above and beyond the typical auto body shop. I'm continually impressed with the their customer service, and the quality of their work! They've worked on various cars I've owned over the years, almost 10 times now, and I always leave with a smile, happy to get back my shiny, clean, repaired car back. They've always been willing to do as much repair as they can for what my insurance will cover, sometimes more. One time, when my side view mirror was damaged, my insurance would only pay for an aftermarket part, which C&C installed. But, when that part didn't work properly, C&C replaced it with a new factory part at NO extra charge to me. Today, when I picked up my car, it was shiny clean inside and out (it was filthy when I left it), and the alloy wheels had even been cleaned & polished. Coach & Carriage auto body performed extremely poorly on a recent repair. They came to me highly recommended by a trusted family member, and they very unfortunately delivered inept and rude service. I would classify Coach & Carriage Auto Body Inc., as a auto body repair shop that believes in "Service with a snarl". They returned my expensive sports car to me dirty, and with my CDs and tools missing from the sports car's luggage compartment. I found them to be arrogant and the owner was rude and condescending to me. Not only will I never return, I have told many, many people about the poor service I received and the terrible condition in which my vehicle was returned to me from Coach & Carriage Auto Body Inc. These guys do amazing work. My car recently got hit by someone and once I gave them the insurance appraisal they worked with the person who hit me's insurance company to make sure I paid as little as possible for the repairs and my rental car was paid for. They took the time to repair things properly and thoroughly- my car has never looked better! The receptionist is patient and polite. This place can make a pretty sour situation a whole lot easier to swallow. My car was hit in a drugstore parking lot two weeks ago while I was picking up some things, and the driver left no information. My car is only a year old, so I was pretty angry. These guys took my car in, fixed everything in a week, arranged the rental for me, and coordinated everything (rental and payment) with my insurance company. I went to C&C after getting into a minor fender bender and getting a scratch on my car. After taking a look, they actually advised me to not get it fixed because it would be expensive. In essence, they turned down money and instead gave a honest recommendation to a new customer. A couple of months later, I got another scratch and went back to coach and carriage. They told me to get touch-up paint from the dealer and bring it back, and they would apply it for me. I left the car for a full day with Mark and the scratches looked MUCH better when I returned. I went to pay, and Mark refused to take my money. This speaks volumes about how much C&C cares about their customers. Just picked my car up today and was compelled to write my first yelp review. This business is a Natick gem. I have used C&C a number of times, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is low pressure and consistently excellent. Mark and the staff make that extra effort to work with you step by step - including calling your insurance agency, and even the car rental agency. Estimates are clear and very reasonably priced.
