Went here to get "poppers" but was denied because I used the word "poppers" and they're regulated by South Dakota purity culture bureaucratic bs. Alas, those are the rules so I won't knock them for it. This store is excellent with great products and polite knowledgeable staff. 1 star off because the item I was looking for is not displayed requiring you to overtly ask for it, but no posted notice that they 1: have the product or that 2: if you use its common name they can't sell it to you. They told me they have to deny people regularly. Pretty sure they could get creative and find a way to inform their customers of both their stock and lexicon restrictions. Might require the owners and managers to get creative. Bottom line this shop was surprisingly good and if I lived here I would go back now knowing the rules (even though my night tonight will be significantly less fun because South Dakota Bible thumping dill weeds want to pretend people are still cleaning VHS film). read more

I go here once a month for a few times over and the first few trips were "meh" because of the way the employees acted towards me. However tonight I had Tamar as my cashier and she LOVELY! She was very friendly and seemed happy to be helping me. This store has literally everything you could need, the selection of lubes alone is great and the prices aren't terrible at all. Got a swing. The lady that sold it said if I change my mind I can return it within 24 hours. The manager I spoke with the next day didn't honor that. She instead treated me terribly and said I could've already used it when it was clearly unopened. My chick gets really bad vertigo, so I can't even use it, but this "lady" is full of it. read more

Tamar had been very helpful while trying to sell me an item, though when I asked what she knew about it, she claimed she didn't know much because she'd never tried it. Less than 48 hours after my purchase I returned to the store because I was having no luck keeping a charge and the app related to it wasn't working. her demeanor was completely different and she became extremely defensive and frankly, talked to me like I was stupid, while telling me to calm down and take a walk around the store.Wouldn't exchange the item and had plenty of knowledge about "trouble shooting" the device she'd previously told me she didn't know anything about.. while telling me to keep the receipt because they'd exchange it for up to thirty days. I actually had a good experience at Dick & Jane's. Whenever I hear about these types of stores, I always hear about the weird employees following you around or asking weird questions. I did not have that at all. In fact, the customer service was perfect: non-probing, and very direct. I appreciate that as adults at an adult store, we were treated like adults. But at the same time, we were allowed to have fun and peruse through their extensive collection of items. read more

Clean store with a lot of room and every toy you can imagine. Helpful staff, of course they put batteries in the toys we bought (a small vibrator for the outside and a vibrating egg for the inside) and tested them before the sale! Prices are average. We were not embarrassed at all to be shopping there in person. read more

I was visiting from Alaska and decided to check out the competition and was quite surprised with the selection and the fact they had clearance lingerie was awesome! Lots of pleasure air toys! Not much of a "mens section"They also had a clearance table with some lubes labeled "expired" I was however dissatisfied that I bought a couple sample size hemp arousal oils and was disappointed to find out they were in fact expired. Overall really nice selection of glass, novelty, and toys. If you come visit for sure take your time and look around there is lots to look at!-- I work at a shop in AK, not worried about the packets lol heading back today.
