Screw this place and the owner!!!!!! I was picking up food on Friday while doing uber eats. Mind you this order has 4 baskets and 2 combos and a cup of chilli. As I'm walking out the door the cup of chili spill in the bag causing the bag to bust open and spill all the food all over my new shoes. I then turned around and had them remake the order. As im waiting to enter the bathroom so I can clean up, I hear the owner talking shit and saying it was my fault. But in actuality, it was his fault for not wrapping the cup of chili in saran wrap or at least aluminum foil. I then called him out on it and told him it's entirely all his fault. He then cusses at me and told me it's my fuckin fault. As he's handing me the new order, he decor put the cup of chili in a cup holder this time, and I continued to call him out and said if he'd had done that the first time we wouldn't have this problem. So once again, FUCK THIS PLACE!!!

Ok, we are from Idaho and we spend two to three weeks annually at Madeira Beach. We stopped at this Dickey's location for our family to eat an early lunch before heading out for the Tampa airport. Idaho isn't known for it cuisine but if you want a steak and baked potato you're in luck. This place is the single worst food experience that I've EVER had in my life.... And I'm 56 years old. The cook was openly yelling at the owner demanding a raise because he "wasn't being paid enough to deal with this bull***t" and the the 'woman' employee had a bald head, a tank top and hairy armpits ... I ordered, it was 64.00 and I even tipped. No Diet Coke, no ice and my food was ready in a couple of minutes... why? It was cold, fatty and completely nauseating to look at let alone eat. The entire time we were there, the owner was yelling in an Asian language at the cook who looked like an unwashed pirate and his coworker the chick with the hairy pits. There was a dead possum in the parking lot that would have been safer and tastier to eat (with some Mrs. Dash). There was a picture of the ONE celebrity that's eaten there... an obscure, obese, oily wrestler named "Nasty Boy". Imagine that.

Went there today and ordered online. 2 sides weren't included. One the came with my meat plate and the other that was an add on. I ordered the lean brisket and I got mostly fat. I used to love this place better than any around but this is the 2nd time in a row that most things weren't up to the standard they used to have. I sent an email on Monday as asked in the reply and no communication since

Everything we ordered was incredible. From the outside, this place doesn't look like much but I definitely recommend. This place was incredible.

    Chicken and potato casserole

First, what has happened to the old Dickeys!! Worst food I have ever had, and it cost me $26.00. Ordered the 2 meat plate pulled pork, chicken (what I thought would be like smoked chicken) it was a rubbery, horrible seasoned frozen chick breast. Mashed potatoes were cold and smelled bad. The people working were all Asian and the older man was very rude. Kept telling cashier to stop taking orders because they couldn't keep up. All in all horrible experience for a place that used to be really good. Waste of my money and left hungry!!!

Lemonade, loaded with crushed ice! I called and specifically requested NO ICE!

Never be snotty to a customer over the phone. Especially not when they're spending over $35 on food from your restaurant. I placed an order through door dash and there is no where in the special instructions can you say no ice. I ordered two drinks one tea one lemonade no ice. What I got was two lemonades with ice loaded with ice. And the girl was snotty to me on the phone when I called! Is that all she said and hung up on me. So I reiterate never piss off a customer. You never know if they're going to give you a bad review. I might've left a good one for the food but your snotty attitude killed it. And you didn't bother to contact me when you didn't have tea I wanted tea! I just started to eat the food and realized not only did she put ice in my drinks she did not give me the barbecue sauce with my meal. Now yes dickeys barbecue meat is delicious but the sauce is a good portion of the experience and I've got dry sandwich and dry food with no sauce. So two strikes against dickies today!

I see in another review a Yelper complains that it's not a tiki bar, but if you understand proper English, they're not claiming to be a tiki bar. The name says Pub & Grill. The bar's OWNER is Tiki Tim. That's his nickname, not a description of the bar. Yes there are some tiki type decorations, and yes, the place is actually a dive bar, But they have an absolutely fantastic kitchen so Tiki Tim's is well worth visiting. I ordered the Loaded Crab Cake Bloody Mary ($26.99). This exceptional Bloody Mary comes with a Bloody Mary Chaser! The chaser had 6 green olives. The Bloody Mary itself had: 4 pcs Celery 2 slices of Bacon 3 Mini tomatoes 4 lg shrimp 1 Crab cake burger It's a meal as well as a drink. Nice kick, too. The menu has several different Bloody Mary options. I also ordered the Blue Crab Fries ($14.51). A huge dollop of blue crab dip on seasoned fries. Enough dip for all the fries. Wing Man Gary (USAF pilot, retired) had the Tiki Burger ($14.51). Gary reports the burger was good but not exceptional. The menu has some fantastic offerings, I'll be back to try more!

We searched restaurants in the area and Tiki Tim's came up in our search. We started driving over; we weren't sure if we had the right directions because it took us into a residential area, but there it was!! There was a sign out front advertising the specials, and the windows were lit up with beer signs. We walked in and sat down at a large table. We were kind of in a hurry, so we walked up to the bar and asked the bartender about servers. She said that she was the only one there and she would be with us in a few minutes. We mentioned that we were kind of rushed, but she said that the kitchen was not backed up at all so once we ordered, it would be fast. The menu had a little bit of everything. My friend and I decided to split a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. ($15.55). It was definitely big enough for two and it was really delicious, piled high with meat, cheese, peppers, and onions. It also came with fries, which were really tasty. My sister ordered the cheesesteak salad. It was basically the cheesesteak fillings on top of spring mix. She also said it was really good.($14.50). The remaining 2 girls at our table had chicken wings with the "sweet heat" flavor. ($11.95). They loved the sauce and raved about how yummy they were. Overall the service was good. The food did come out really fast and we enjoyed all our lunches. We also had a few beers which were nice and cold. They do have a full liquor bar and apparently they are famous for their loaded Bloody Marys. This is a great spot for a quick lunch, a casual dinner watching sports, happy hour, late night drinks, or even breakfast. We noticed a few patrons arriving by golf carts and if I lived close by I'd visit often!

I genuinely like this place, but my latest visit was a gentle reminder that even the greats have their off nights. We grabbed a spot on the outdoor patio, which is great because there are tons of TVs playing sports to keep you entertained. And you're going to need that entertainment, because the vibe this particular evening was heavily operating on "island time." I started to wonder if our server had to physically row to an island to get our order. It was a very long wait just to be acknowledged, and an even longer wait for drinks. Funniest part? My beer arrived well before my water. I was incredibly parched, and while I appreciate a cold brew, I didn't exactly want to shotgun my beer just to survive the drought. The tap water finally made its grand, triumphant entrance a solid 20 minutes after we sat down. When it came time to order, we met the Upcharge Enthusiast. Here's the deal: burgers come with rice and beans by default. If you want Bob's fries, that's a $2 upcharge. I tried to shoot for the stars and upgrade to onion rings. The response? A firm, almost offended no. "Those are an appetizer," I was informed. Honestly, our server seemed to derive a bizarre, villainous amount of joy from telling me things were an upcharge. Hey, whatever brings you happiness, just take my two dollars and make the fries happen. After the drinks took a serious scenic route, the food came blazingly fast out of the kitchen, but when it finally arrived...wow. The burgers here are absolute behemoths. You literally have to unhinge your jaw like an anaconda to take a bite. I have to admit, they are undeniably amazing. One bite almost makes you forget you spent the first half of the evening contemplating drinking water out of a patio planter. Pro-tip: Bring paper money! They give you a nice little discount if you pay in cash. Overall, I still really like this joint. Every restaurant is allowed to have a rough service night every now and then, and this just happened to be one of them. I'll definitely be back although I just might pre-hydrate in the parking lot next time.

From where I was I headed north up 58th St. from Central with the top down. It was one of those days. I don't usually take 58th that far, it's more like till 5th or 9th. Not all the way to 54th, it was nice drive. It wasn't long and I was in the parking area of the plaza. Never been here before but from the outside it looked like my kinda place. As I walked in I could see the wall of taps with many, many choices. Also it was only me and another, then it hit me, being spring break and all everybody is at the beach. Oh well, I sat and ordered a beer, a Pacifico to be exact. When I'm out somewhere new I like to drink something new or different from my usual. As I sipped my beer I looked over the burger menu. They have several options but I always go with a standard, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Cooked medium. I also ordered something different as well. I had onion rings with my burger. My wife always gets rings and I fries. The food arrived and the first thing I noticed was the onion rings. These had to be made fresh cause they didn't look frozen. And the burger was dressed nice too. Although I am smash-burger fan I don't discriminate others. This wasn't a smash but it wasn't overly fat either. When I bit in to one of the rings, Wow. I could bite thru the ring and not pull the onion out. Great rings. Now the burgers turn. It was cooked medium just as I requested, just a hint of pink and juicy. And with the toppings cut Julian, I got some with every bite. I will be back...If you haven't already, stop in and give it a try. Peace.
