We ordered four pounds of turkey through Grubhub, but when we arrived, we learned they were out. Since we ordered through Grubhub, they were not able to call us to let us know. But the manager, Austin, immediately stepped in with compassion and urgency. Austin told us to give him a little time and that he would personally call us when a new batch was ready. Less than an hour later, he kept his word and called to say it was done. When we picked it up, the turkey was absolutely perfect. It was tender, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and truly enough to feed 10 to 12 people. After the stressful situation we had just dealt with, it felt like a lifesaver. Austin and his staff were warm, attentive and went above and beyond in every way. Their exceptional customer service, combined with the amazing quality of the food, turned our stressful holiday week into a wonderful one.
