I had to call a towing company this past Sunday because I got my car stuck in a dirt and dry leave are up towards the hills in Los Gatos. I didn't call Ducks Towing right away, but I called the 1st towing company that came up nearest to be and I go horrible customer service then I called Ducks Towing. They came out to me quickly and Robert Garcia was so helpful and quick. I was on a narrow road and afraid to turn my car around to go down hill and he assisted me so I didn't need to. The price was fair and they profited the upmost respect and above customer service support. Hopefully I won't need any towing service anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be calling Dicks Towing.
