I am in town visiting my parents. My parents are 84 and 83 years old. The week before I arrived they took their car to the dealership. The check engine light came on. The Subaru dealership recommended new tires, brake pads, and air filters. It's a scam by their dealership and I was getting quite angry at how they had no problem scamming my very senior parents. But my parents come from a time when you could trust your mechanic so they were worried that their 2020 Subaru needed an overhaul. I asked around and did some online searching of my own. Luckily, I came across Mario and Advanced Wheels. Mario was wonderful with my parents. He looked over their car and explained the data that showed that they did NOT need new tires and brake pads. While driving at night, I noticed my tire pressure light came on, and the pressure kept decreasing. I checked my tire and noticed a large screw right on the center of the tire.. great.. It was already 9PM. I woke up the next morning and it was at 8 PSI. I called around Morgan Hill and Mario said they can fix it in 20 minutes, come on down at 12PM. I drove down there, on the flat.. Mario and his team got my tire patched up and fixed in less than 15 minutes. I was expecting it to take a lot longer. I was very impressed, and walked out a happy customer. If you're searching around for a place to install you're tires, balance or anything tire related without having to worry about getting your rims damaged in the process this is your place. Great customer service, great installs. My rims are -38mm offset and most places won't touch them because they're scared of damaging them. However advanced wheels is completely capable of installing and balancing without damage. They did a wonderful job for me today and were able to accommodate me without an appointment. Was on my way to pick up my kids when I realized my car had a flat. Usually my husband takes care of it, but he was on his way to work and can only pump air enough for me to get the kids home. I looked all over for a tire repair place and found this shop on Yelp. Gave them a call and was able to get my car in after getting the kids. Mario was super nice and helped drive my car back and got the tire fixed. He even parked it in front after so that I can exit easily from his shop. My tire light came on for 3 tires on my Range Rover and I thought I had pumped enough air in them, but the light would not turn off, so I took it here to get checked out. Mario was great. After helping me plug a tire to a Porsche I was selling to my Dad I saw a set of tires I liked and wanted for my truck. Just a couple weeks earlier 4-wheel parts had told me we're not available and couldn't produce a date they would be. I stated this to Mario and he's said, "really? I'll have 'em here tomorrow". I was skeptical but enthused and really hoping he could actually get them for me. On top of all of that I got the hook up... like for real! (5) tires, yes five for $2K. The fifth is for my full size spare just in case $hit happens. I was quoted over $2500 by 4WP for four tires and the unlikely possibility of getting that fifth for my spare. I got 4 new tires for my SUV. Was a little pricey for 4 tires. But I got nice chunk all terrain tires. Great customer service and responsive: if you get a flat it will be $30 patch. I first went to Ford to get a patch and they wouldn't patch it; but they wouldn't do it. I was so glad he was able to patch it here instead of having to buy a whole new tire. read more

I got a low tire pressure warning upon coming back from errands and checked the rear wheel and sure enough, I saw a small nailhead on the tire. I had a screw in my tire. I arrived after 10 am. They are quick to act knowledge you, even if they're with another customer. Mario let me know 15 min before they could get to my car. Once they took my car it didn't take long at all. They repaired my tire and I was out of there by 11am and it was only $25. At wheel works they charged me $40 and I had to leave it over weekend. I had a screw in my tire and was told by another tire store that due to the location of the screw it could not be prepared. I was told since it was a slow leak I had the choice of adding air about once a week, or getting new tires. With at least 10,000 miles of tread left, I opted for the former. After a couple of weeks, I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Advanced Wheels. So, we stopped by late yesterday afternoon and after a quick look was told that it could be patched. They took us right in and patched the tire in less than 30 minutes. Based of all, we were only charged $20! Super happy with the customer service, price and the outcome! read more
