"I'll have the technician look". Then the bill for $211 rang up as $279. "It says before tax". I shot that down quick. Cue a manager to appear. She fixes the price. Collects payment. "Our tech is on his lunch break". "I'll wait and test out the bike". 13 minutes in and it doesn't shift to 6, and the seat keeps tilting to become unrideable. Crappy service not done correct or complete and overpriced on top. Big avoid!!!! Waiting to go back inside in 10 minutes but I drive 30 minutes each way, wanted to go biking today; the job isn't even done. Smh! Edit: Technician came in and was great helped me right away after his break & fixed all the issues in under 5 minutes. That individual is better than the rest of the chain & def knows bikes

The store is in a warehouse district off Clint Moore, but the front door does face the roadway to make it easier to find with plenty of parking. We walked in and were instantly greeted by staff. The store is a candy-land of baseball equipment! My son tried on or tested everything to make sure it was the right fit with plenty of colors and brand options. We ended up with a new gray glove, green helmet, black bat, blue backpack, black pants and green socks! One of the cool things HIT has is a glove steamer, which sits in what looks like a popcorn machine to soften the hard leather. It takes a few minutes and then its good to go! The store has had other locations before and moved to this location in 2019. They do a lot of business on the web and for league teams across the county. We had a really nice experience and don't be intimidated, the staff are thoughtful and genuine about their knowledge of the equipment. We will probably be back if my son continues to play.

To my great surprise, when I opened my livewell to take the first shrimp, I realized that more than half of them were dead, and some were even in an advanced state of decomposition. I find this absolutely shameful for a tackle shop. When you buy live shrimp, you expect to receive fresh bait that is actually usable. As a result, my fishing day was ruined, with a loss of both time and money. I do not understand why I was sold shrimp in that condition. It is not professional, and it does not feel honest toward customers. My advice to all anglers: if you buy live shrimp from this shop, make sure you carefully check their condition before paying and before leaving. Personally, I am very disappointed with this experience.
