As I get older, I notice the styles at Old Navy align more to my current style in comparison to my early 20s.

This store has a great inventory of product on hand and does a really nice job rotating seasonal items in and out. I particularly like the out rotation of items that find themselves on the clearance Rack sometimes at bottom basement prices! I go right for that men's clearance rack upon entering the store which mind you is always clean and well staffed. Recently we've gone during the peak periods and the register lines get pretty backed up but love that when this happens you can always count in hearing that announcement for "all staff to the front registers!" The line moves pretty well and it's worth the wait especially since Old Navy gives a decent military discount. I'll continue to be a regular customer and recommend that you check out Old Navy for some good old fashioned sales clearance item shopping!

Nobody spoke to us. We strolled around looked at prices which are not cheap....looked at sale rack and I even carried a pair around no one asked if I needed to try them on. I thought maybe the staff was having a bad day but it was empty at 12:30 on Saturday. I was so disappointed and then I went to Lucky and I was telling my friend I never heard of the place until a week ago and a group of girls overheard us and said they had the same experience both times they went in and won't be going back. Not sure what the deal is but customer service is the main reason customers come back and spread the word. Huge disappointment that is for sure. And I will be sure to share my thoughts with my friends and their friends and so on. If your minimum wage employees are lazy or slack or just aren't treated right by management it shows....and your sales should show too.

This last time I went in, I walked in, saw 2 women standing and talking. They continued to chit chat the entire time I was there. Not once during my time there searching for bras, and trying on numerous bras, was I greeted, or offered help. I wasn't certain those two women were employees, but they confirmed they were when they rang me up. The time before that, I went in and asked for a bra fitting. The employee asked what size I was at my last fitting. Her immediate reply was "yea, you look like a x size." I asked her again if I could get a bra fitting, where she continued to say "well, if you really want me to measure you, I will". I was indeed NOT that size, as I knew I had recently lost 30 pounds and was no longer my previous size. In General: The quality and value of these bras have gone down the drain. Recently I had 2 bras completely fall apart. The first bra it was within a year. The second one was within 3 months. I went to exchange it and was told I was outside their window for exchanges or returns.

I just wanted them all that my weekly splurge. Meet an amazing employee Jamel who took the time to assist with on of my glasses and that had no price tags. He averaged it down , great customer service and proceeded to take 19% off which was a blessing. He himself was a yelper and shared a few stories.
