Terrible customer service. I had a problem with a couple of products purchased a few months earlier (4/5 months earlier) obviously all they did was tell me that I have to call Nike and Joola directly to resolve the problem. I don't understand the point of paying a more expensive product from them compared to buying it at a much lower price on the web. they were so useless. read more

We went here to get a pair of shoes on a Sunday, and we ended up waiting 15 minutes to be helped (we never were) before we ultimately left. There were quite a few people there and one poor young man was left to manage the whole shoe section alone. I don't blame him, I blame management for not having anyone help him get through the many customers. read more

The staff here take the store name literally. Unhelpful, slow, rude, lack basic communication skills. They said they'd help load a 200# treadmill in my vehicle so they shoved it in the back and turned and left. It wasn't even all the way in. I. Allied after them but they ignored me and walked back in the store. I had to wrangle the box into the back on my own. Even before was an act in frustration getting the guy to tell me where to meet and how to checkout. This is why online sellers are making a killing and brick and mortar are going out of business. read more

Good selection of outdoor gear, clothing and athletic shoes. I was amazed they had the snorkeling gear I was looking for along with a nice selection of tents. Helpful staff were on hand for questions and offered the order items that weren't currently stocked. They do not have a gun or sportmen area but can order these items for in store pickup. Their prices are competitive, but I usually only shop there with a coupon (which are typically readily available online). Overall the store is a nice addition to the Liberty Triangle area. read more

This location seems incompetent and horrible at customer service. The bicycle department in particular not only kept my bike for over two weeks for repairs but was unable to do the repairs at all in the end. When asked what was going on they didn't have answers and didn't really seem to care to be perfectly honest. My family and I certainly won't be doing business with Dicks in the future. read more

Normally I make my reviews a little on the lighter side, a little on the more "pun" side if you will, but not for this one. This store first off carries no plus size items, and when I asked if they did they were extremely rude. If I'm walking in and I'm clearly chubby, and I want work-out clothes that fit me decently don't look at me as if I'm beneath you. I want to better myself. And to top it off any of their sports team wears are so off in sizes it's not even funny. In this store they carry Royal's baseball wear, and any of the women's clothing is 3 sizes smaller than what it says on the tag. The XL, is actually a Medium or a Small. It is definitely not an XL in other stores. They make nothing for anyone with an actual chest either, all of their sports bras, or shirts with built in bras are made for girls with a very small chest. A friend of mine who does cross-fit and in awesome shape couldn't even find her size, since she is bigger chested. A work-out or sports store should be making people feel semi good about themselves when they go in. Most people who want to make themselves healthier buy a cute workout outfit to boost their confidence to go the gym, and when the store doesn't even carry sizes in the right sense, than most leave feeling depressed. To top it off when you hire extremely rude employee's what else are you to do. My husband also was with me and is just retired from the military (Dick's don't bother to thank him for his service, you said what you thought loud and clear when you don't offer a discount for your service members), and he is extremely good shape. And he couldn't find a shirt for himself that would fit around his arms which are huge as he lifts, does MMA, and does competitions. It's ridiculous how small your clothing is, how over priced it is. And to top it off when we got to the register the girl was so rude. We had to buy a shirt for the royal's for an event we had to go to, so unfortunately we had to purchase something. We found the cheapest shirt you guys had. Which was still 33 dollars at the end. The girl scoffed when we asked about a military discount, she also got irritated with us and told us to look at the shirts and make sure they have a tag next time, so the store doesn't have to go find another for us. Very disappointed. Came in looking for some clothing items and needed to try something on. Spent approximately 20 minutes trying to find someone to unlock a dressing room. When I finally found someone he called for an associate with a key. That person arrived and acted as if it was completely beneath him and a waste of his time. Once I bought the item it took an additional eight minutes to remove the security device, with four different associates trying. This place needs to get its act together. It was like watching monkeys run around with no clue what to do. read more

For starters the company dicks sucks balls. The management at the liberty store is VERY unprofessional!! While shopping yesterday I over heard a manager yelling at an employee. Every time I go in there, nobody ever offers to help. The employees are usually standing around talking and don't bother to even look up. When I ask where an item is, they point - never offer to take me and show me, or offer to check backroom stock. On my way out - so far every time empty-handed, no one has EVER asked if I found what I was looking for, or bothered to even look up...again. Never again. Cannot wait for Scheel's All Sports to open in Kansas City this year. Their customer service is amazing and they stock everything...and will actually HELP you and check backroom stock for an item, which they usually find. read more
