They have banners, jersey shirts, posters, pennants, and etc. I honestly didn't know why there was a Kirk Hinrich poster for the same price as the other posters when he doesn't even play with the Bulls anymore, lol. Anyways, they ran out of Derrick Rose posters so I ended up settling for a Bulls pennant to add to my other pennants that I have in my room. Overall, this place is really big and really organized so it's easy to find things unlike the other sports store. By the way, this place is right next to Mainland fyi.

We came in today 9/11/2022 at 12:40pm to try to return or exchange we did not have the receipt which the employee stated was fine. We handed the hat over and the employee took it out of the bag and immediately stated we could not do an exchange or return because of the condition the hat was in. I'm confused because there is absolutely nothing wrong with the hat. I asked him what the issue was and he said there is a dent on the hat there's no dent at all the hat still has the price tag and stickers on it. The employees were very rude and handed the hat back and continued their conversation as if no one was in the store. I will never be shopping here again. Very unprofessional and not helpful.

The shoes we were about to go to dinner and I was outside making sure the car was in good condition tire pressure fluid all lights work so I heard him I turned around and he was dress nice with the new shoes so he walked out to the front of the garage. It was about time to go, we got in the car and drove away one block when he mentioned to me that the shoes really hurt his feet. They're too tight. Oh I thought about was here we go turned around went back. Luckily he had a pair of shoes he put on, but the shirt didn't match the shoes so he landed up putting the shirt that I bought him with the person shoes from WSs and I've always taught him leave the tag on to you make sure it fits and you like it. What does his kids do the first thing rips off the tag van tries on the shirt and that was too tight. I could've strangled that kid. So here I go to return it first look the white shoes look very nice but the bottom of the shoes had dirt on them like a lot just enough to know that it's been worn with a little tiny pebbles stuck in between I felt so embarrassed, so I was told to clean them as good as I can and bring back After I told him what happened luckily, the shirt was brand new they just attach the tag back that was on for maybe less than 10 seconds tops later on I did go back with the shoes after myself clean them. I have close to 40 years on cleaning shoes experience and they came out immaculate. It was basically dust that was surface. I will definitely 100% be going back shopping in referring people there are good product merchandise. But everywhere I have stuff like that, but what separates them from everybody else is there customer service there are real people working there . In today's times it is very hard to find a business that offers. Excellent service believe me I know I've been around a long, long time. I remember the good all days.

He held the shoes for me up in the counter while I continued to shop. Once I got in line I was immediately off put by the cashier( a young lady with a tattoo on her forearm) she did not greet me or call me up next she simply stared at me, she seemed very annoyed with the business of the store or as if she was not happy to be there or interested in helping the next customer. I informed her I had some shoes set up here for me, a pair of Nike air forces and Jordan's. ( my first time buying Jordan's(I was unaware of the name of the shoes and the size because I had to size up or down). After the confusion I asked to retry on the shoes to confirm before purchasing and she seemed annoyed and said "okay you will have to step aside to help out the next customer in line" and only handed over 1 of the shoes out of the 2 i was purchasing. I was very confused but proceeded to try the one pair of shoes on. Still unsure if the other pair were the ones he had set aside for me. Christian saw what was happening and quickly checked on me to see if everything worked out ok. After him reconfirming the shoes and shoe size. He then asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card and helped me purchased said shoes without having to reform a line. I felt more confident with my purchase after his help.
