I told him about Mr. Howards in Warren and told him it would be about a 45 min to an hour drive but worth it if he wanted to get a suit that would last him, and he would enjoy for many years. The fitting rooms you can just walk in yourself; you don't have to go find a staff member to let you in. My boyfriend received a fiesta bowl t-shirt for Christmas but it was too small. When I went to the…read morestore to return the t-shirt I was told that it could not be returned because it was a time sensitive item. This return policy was not explained at the time of purchase. I was also told that if there was not the correct size in the same exact t-shirt that there was nothing they could do. Really?! So the receiver of the gift has no use for the shirt because it is too small and the purchaser of the gift is out the money it cost to purchase. The most ridiculous part is that they still had the fiesta bowl t-shirts out on the sales floor for purchase. If your policy is to not to return an item because it is time sensitive then it should be removed from the sales floor once the game is played. The store owner did finally offer me an exchange after many complaints, but this will be the last purchase I make from this store.
