I mean, the (not so) gentleman associate scolded my friend who asked another staff to assist when this one could not locate the item, implicating that he was nice and did not like we asked a second opinion. He practically made us so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave except that we were in the middle of checking out card already ran through, only waiting to get our items in the bag. How rude of him and he's in that industry, wow! I used to love coming here as an alternate for the retail store closer to my office in DC on Connecticut and the Outlet closer to my home but I have noticed new faces on staff at the Outlet location. I must say, they are not the usual helpful ones, aû contrairé that one associate was downright rude! It was compelling and so I dreaded this review but I have to! I hope our experience was an isolated one for I dare not ask for assistance next visit. I mean, a few items I like are incidentally polished BB!

For people who wants clothes that aren't form fitting or for more business casual on the casual side should shop elsewhere. The store associates aren't always available for sizing or stock questions but one shouldn't have too much problems while there. The store signages are clear and the shelves are well stocked. I'm giving a 3-star today only because of uncomfortable air temperature inside the store. I would've otherwise stayed longer for browsing and purchasing.

She snapped at us for placing the box of shoes on the wrong side of the cash register saying she would end up charging us twice. That would be her mistake not mine. Then she fused about the coupon we gave her, telling us what we already knew. Honestly, we have just had it with poor customer service and being treated with no kindness or respect in all customer service fronts. People want the customer to act a certain way but won't show the same energy. Done with that at this point. Be kind or expect to lose sales and civility. Very few ties to select from in the store. But what I was very unpleased with was they did not have any means to taylor the suit after I purchased it . They suggested that I use a taylor in another competing shop ( Modern Suit & Dress) in the same outlet mall. So I went to the other shop to get the tailoring done and the price was $190 which I thought was pretty high, but the problem was a lot of work had to be done on the pants because Hugo Boss was unable to sell me the right size. They do not sell separates in suits so I was kind of stuck with a jacket that fit and pants that did not and I paid the price to get the tailoring done. I was able to buy a white shirt at the Modern Suit & Dress shop. I looked around their shop and they had some very nice suits there. I wish I had shopped here first , maybe next time. My issue with Hugo boss is I don't understand how they can sell suits without tailoring. The suits that they sell the pants are not even hemmed. I won't shop here again.

My experience was much better this past Sunday than it was almost two years ago. While I didn't…read morecatch (and don't think I was told) the names of those working, everyone was friendly and helpful and made recommendations. The store had their doors open to let in the 60 degrees and sunshine on the last Sunday of February. The layout was clean, and the clothes were presented in the typical minimalist fashion that is Theory. I loved the updated collection, which was presented in coordinating sections. Items similar in material and color were presented together. In terms of purchasing, I usually go for dresses from Theory because it's easy and pairs well with items I already own. I tried on a couple but none stood out. On my way out, I decided I wanted to look for straight leg pants and asked for help in identifying them. After trying on the Rosel, I fell in love. It also helped that I agreed with the associates' assessments that I looked good in them. They made my 5'9 frame look leaner and longer, and it helped that an associate, maybe she was the manager, brought me heels to jack me up and make my silhouette stand out even more. I ended up getting a suit jacket to match, and again the associate who helped me and rung me up, helped here. She identified that the two button jacket looked better on me and helped with drawing attention to my small waist. The crowds started to build at Theory while I was there to the point that there was a line for the dressing room, but the associates kept things moving and tried to help when they could. During the checkout, I noticed an issue with the pants and got another 10% knocked off of them. They also had a section that I believe was 70% off but at that point, it was slim pickings in sizes, colors, and offerings. Everything else was 40% off the tag, which seems to include new arrival items. They also had leather bags for sale, which I didn't know they sold. Anyway, I walked out ever more confident that I finally own a real power suit.

She was going out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable even after I had apologized. She kept repeating herself over and over again "Mam, we are in an epidemic. You can't try on clothing." I had already apologized and she just kept insisting on telling me off. So then I I suggested she block off the area or lock the dressing room doors. She kept insisting the dressing room doors don't lock. She continued to yell remarks at me as I left the store. Her co-worker looked uncomfortable and embarrassed by her behavior but did not say or do anything. The dressing rooms should be blocked off if they are off limits. The manager also needs a reminder to be kind to others.
