I ordered 2 tshirts back in Nov of 2022 and they sent them twice to the wrong address. I was several times by Jeremy that he corrected the address and resent them. That was at the first of January 2023 and I have not received them. I have sent many emails to customer no service and now they no longer chat and have no products on n the website. I was also one of the suckers that bought into the power box giveaway, that promised a gift worth at least what you paid. I bought 2 boxes for $50 each and was sent a deck of playing cards and a baseball card from a No name player that never played in MLB. It's worth a visit to check out the vehicles out front. The freedom bus was there so the kids liked checking it out. Their show room was very nice and pretty cool set up. However I'm only writing it as a three because the young woman at the counter was very rude to our young children that were being well behaved. read more

About 6 or 8 months ago I purchased Diesel Brothers seat covers for my husbands diesel truck..he is a BIG fan! They were heavy duty tactical and expensive.. Well, they have dry rotted in that short of a time..the passenger seat very bad..I had to try and stitch with not much luck..it was not torn at the seam, but the actual material...This seat is RARELY used..The driver seats velcro strapping dry rotted not at the seams, but the strapping itself..ridiculous.. I contacted Diesel Sellerz with this issue asking for help..all they said was " Sorry, it's been more than 90 days and we don't sell them anymore". Go figure Pooooorly made product.. Very disappointed in product and company. read more

Tons of really cool merch in the store and awesome to see so many of the builds parked outside! The girl running the store was super nice and helpful, letting us know about the sales and new releases, ended up that the main shirt I wanted was free with a $35 purchase the day we were there! It was a joke showing all the money going in the packages. I know several people that bought from them and everyone got only a 1 dollar bill. They could have at least put 2 or 3 or 5 dollars in different boxes as they were showing thousands they were throwing in Packages. I know several people that will never buy from them again. In addition it took forever to get! Usually I don't pay for shipping as I find places that offer free shipping yet I paid for shipping on this order and the turn around was several weeks. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. It is upsetting to wait over three weeks for an order to be shipped and when it finally does one doesn't receive it. I get a notification saying that the order shipped out on such date and was delivered four hours later. How is that possible if I live in CA and their HQ is in Utah. I have been attempting to get a hold of someone for over a month since the stated delivery date, so that they can help me out with my order (1392646) via phone, text and email. No one is replying or answering to my inquiries. The only time that I did get a hold of someone they stated that they will look into the matter and to give them time to fix this issue. The on site staff was great walked in, ordered what I needed with no hassle, bought a couple shirts, scored a free magnet koozie and was out the door. I've tried to like them and purchased things from diesel sellerz/diesel power gear in the past, but after dealing with the customer service here I don't think I'll ever be doing business with them in the future. Why have a customer service email if you're not even going to respond to it unless somebody sends multiple emails to it over a span of multiple weeks just trying to ask about a product and promotion. I was having issues with a promotion going on for if you spend $35 or more then you get a free hat and it wasn't working so I emailed them. They never responded. I emailed them again a week later after the promotion was over and the item I was trying to purchase for my wife was no longer in stock and asked if they would honor the price if it comes back in stock since the promo was not working and they had just ignored me the previous time I tried to contact them and this is the response I get. Now I see why others I know that have done business with them say they don't care about their customers at all. You would think if their is an issue with their promo they would make an effort to fix it instead of just saying nope, screw the customer we make too much money to care about one person. read more

After speaking to a customer service supervisor they told me that their policy is they cannot return clothing after it has been washed. They were unwilling to assist me in any way. She was very rude. I order a sweatshirt from there clothing site. I am Literally a state away and i get a email saying it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I could literally drive there and back within a 24 hour period. so why 2-3 weeks? if you are going to sell things on the internet you should have faster shipping.
