5 stars aside from the price, likely the most expensive in town or at least the most expensive I've experienced. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. No wait while I was there so I didn't ask if they take appointments or are first come first served like most others in town. I'm guessing because they are new they don't have a huge following yet, hence no wait. Employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful, even suggested some aftermarket parts that would help the truck run more efficiently. Clean shop and had automotive related channel on TV to watch while they were completing the check. Would definitely like to give them that last star if they become more competitive price wise. read more

Super quick! Usually a diesel smog takes a lot longer but they got us out in under 20 minutes! Also great price- highly recommend!

After calling several other shops, I was given this place as a referral. Other shops either don't do diesel smogs, their diesel smog check parts were broken, way over priced, etc... So glad I went here and soooo reasonable & efficient. I was done in under 15 minutes. Forgot the guys name, but also very helpful and friendly. I took my 24 foot forest river Forrester here for smog. Super convenient super quick, and the sweet guy that was running the place, said I could just park right there in the parking lot double parked and he would pull it around back. When I first pulled up I was like what the heck it look like an office space strip mall so I was a little confused if I was in the right place, but rest assured you're in the right place. I'm just not used to smog places being in strip, malls and office like spaces/buildings! But apparently that's the way it is all over Reno here and that is fine. I was just a little nervous about parking that motorhome so when I pulled up I called and he said no worries just leave it there and I will take care of it.! I ran in and went to the bathroom and he was done in minutes! I believe it was around $55. I'm not sure but I thought that was reasonable as well. Did exactly what I wanted and sent it to the DMV immediately. read more

Dan at D&G is fantastic. Hes very well informed and knows his diesels. I had gone to a previous shop to get a smog and failed due to some emissions equipment that I didn't need since I have an older truck that doesn't require it.
