Recently with a simple car inspection I've been really disappointed with this business, not because of the work, or the price, but because they keep telling me they will call back and never do. It must be 10 times I've tried to find out about the status of my car inspection, and they never respond to let me know. I think I'll have to go elsewhere even though I love the location. But first I would appreciate getting the inspection sticker. Hopefully I won't have to call 10 more times to finally get some type of response.

I was yelled at, spoken to in a harsh tone, and talked over every time I tried to explain the timeline. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and honestly shaken by how aggressively I was spoken to. As a Black woman, the way I was addressed made me feel not only disrespected but also singled out in a discriminatory and demeaning way. All I asked for was for the work they performed to be rechecked -- especially considering the amount of money I had just spent. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience and spoken to as if I was trying to scam them, even though my concern began the very next day after their repair.
