Very friendly and affordable. Just moved and needed a groomer. They did a great job! Ladies were really welcoming and kind.

Our dog has behavioral issues - he isn't aggressive but is terrified of EVERYTHING and has been since we adopted him from Operation Kindness due to the trauma he experienced prior to his arrival there. The owner and I texted back and forth to go over what needed to be done and they opened the salon early so he could be on his own while we were dealing with a blowing coat that just wouldn't stop. He was fine and handled everything quite well and they avoided doing anything that involved loud noises and distractions and said he was extremely well behaved. The only issue was in the process - and it was a lot longer than what Petsmart does when our previous dog used to get his furminator treatments as he also blew coat (apparently they're distant relatives according to Embark!) and since Radar shedding so heavily that it took quite a while for them to remove all the extra fur without being able to vacuum it off him due to the noise, so likely in the process of getting most of it out with a rake his hair got cut a bit and felt kinda spiky for a while (still better than when he was blowing coat though) and his thin-skinned practically hairless belly near his hind legs got a small scratch with the rake - no big deal and easy to treat. They are very accommodating and the next time he needs to go to the groomer as opposed to being done by us at home we'll be bringing him back as he can't handle Petsmart like our last dog and is over 70lbs but the price was only slightly higher but with more focus and attention on Radar's special needs. I really appreciated that. It took longer than the estimate I was given but that is likely due to drying time and how long they spent removing as much loose fur as possible as opposed to spending just 15 minutes with a furminator. If a rake is needed, a rake is needed. Also he came back with beautiful nails but unfortunately the grooming process - and this happens at home too - caused his Balanoposthitis to act up and require medication for a bit. If you've never groomed a dog yourself you might blame groomers for these sorts of things but seeing as I used to do it as a part time job myself back when I was able I know how things go. Apparently all he wanted to do during his grooming session was the same thing he does to us and to his vet techs - give kisses the whole time. I highly recommend this place if you have a very skittish dog, or a larger breed, or both - just make sure you make the arrangements properly and you will be taken care of. I wish he hadn't needed the rake, or that the rake they used wasn't sharp enough to cut his hair or skin, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, though in reality I would give an A- if I could grade that way - but that is an issue of tools available or chosen to be used out of tools available considering his temperament. read more

It smells when you walk in. They were rude when I walked in and apparently put down the wrong name so when I went to pick her up they said they didn't have my dog. I could hear her barking and yelping for me as soon as she heard my voice. The cut was ok, but there was poop on the shirt I'm guessing because they leave them in crates and can't take them outside because there's no grass. read more

I truly enjoyed bringing my shitzu to get his bath, nails trim and haircut. Being new in the area, I am very selective on who takes care of my pets. The representatives were very detailed and caring. They took care of my baby as if it were their own. They contacted me if any problems occurred and offered me a good deal as well. I will definitely consider bring my other cats and dogs to them. Groomers cut our dog nail too short drawing blood and simply returned him back to us, stating they couldn't stop the bleeding but assured us that we would not be charged. Our car and house were stained with blood getting him home. We later looked on bank statements to see we were still charged, on returning to the salon for explanation they gave us number to their boss, when we called him we got hung up on. I think this is a great dog grooming place and the people are very friendly - not so surly like that lady who owned this place years ago and had been doing it forever. She was good too but she also acted like some kind of war vet with dog grooming PTSD. Anyhow, it's a shame to see people 1 star this over dumb shit. 2 extremely unusual and dangerous experiences that occurred on separate occasions! Be very careful of this business please! My daughter was called to come pick up her dog early. Once arrived we were informed the grooming table fell over on him with him harnessed to it. We were then told he pooped himself because of it. His hair was tangled in balls and he was a frazzled anxious mess of course. Lucky for all, he was unharmed and didn't break his neck. Not sure how this was even possible because other groomers told us those tables are extremely heavy. My son also had a bad experience with his dog's stomach being severely burned the size of half dollars by overly hot grooming sheers. Confirmed by a vet and was on medication for weeks to prevent infection. This should never occur to an animal by any experienced facility. read more

Called Laurie, She got me in right away, explained everything. I left my pooch and returned and it was a miracle she was whiter, cleaner smelled amazing and appeared to be totally relaxed. I love this place because I can truly trust them with one of my family members. I'm a customer for life. They never charge a la cart and they do everything. read more

I've been searching for more than just a pet groomer. I wanted to find a dog lover that does grooming. I have a senior dog that just can't move around very well. It's important to me that he be comfortable during his stay. My other dog is a Maltese and requires special grooming to keep her looking fabulous. Diggidy Dog took care of both of those needs. The place doesn't look like much from the outside and doesn't have all the frills and luxury spa treatments of other places. But the prices were reasonable, my babies were comfortable during services and she got them both done quickly. This will be my go-to place for pet grooming. read more

The others that did reviews has done allot of reviews so I felt they held more truth.So I gave them a try. Sooo glad I did. I called to make the appointment and just got a message. I have been taking my four dogs here for the past 7 years and the past owners were great with our dogs. Did the exact hair cut we ask for a great price and we're always very nice to us. Since the new owners came we have had problems every time we take our dogs. One of our dogs is a little anxious and squirms, each time they have raised the price and have never given us a constant price for a consistently difficult dog. I understand charging more for a difficult dog but make it the same price. Our other dog they cut him wrong every time even though we tell them specifically everytime how to cut him. We have put up with this for a long time but today they overcharged us cut one down to where he was pink and we had to have them redo the other one 4 times and could here him helping and crying in the back. I was very disappointed with this dog grooming company. I called and was able to get in right away with my 7 month old maltipoo. I said I still wanted my puppy to have hair...didn't want her shaved. I brought in a maltipoo and came back and picked up a poodle. How can you mess up like that??? You're supposed to be professionals and know your breeds! Yep, y'all used something to "shave" her! Ugliest cut I've ever seen. First and last time I'll come here. Worst spent $65. dollars!!! Lori was nice...but you don't bring in one breed of dog, "say you want the hair not shaved"....and pick up a damn poodle cut dog....I'm so pissed off!!! By the way...I had just bathed my four pound dog and had told them she was just bathed...and first I was told $35. dollars...then when I said I wanted her hair cut...(why else would I bring her in when I had just bathed her?)..then I was told $55. dollars....for a four pound dog?? Really?!! I'm still so pissed off a day later! Also, I was asked for a tip...before I saw my dog. Will never tip beforehand, until I see my pet. They do this intentionally to get a tip out of people before you see your pet. read more

I've used this place for years. Even when owners changed I still came because Jess made me feel so at home and comfortable leaving my kiddo there. With that said. This past weekend I was thoroughly disappointed. First, walking in...I was not greeted and patiently waited while the girls finished their conversation before I actually said hello. Lauren I believe her name was...FINALLY stopped talking and came over to me. Checking in, I felt like I was disturbing them...as if I wasn't supposed to be there. I knew Jess wasn't going to be there but my furry friend needed help. I should have waited. When I got him back he felt and smelled dirty....his ears weren't washed or cleaned out. This was very displeasing and even in check in I announced his ears needed attention. Lauren assured me this would be taken care of with the bath. His haircut was mediocre to say the least. Very unprofessional experience. And I heard a dog being scolded in the back room. I understand this is a hard job and taxing...which is why I don't do it myself....but I DO however prefer to have my dog treated and cleaned with respect. I do not spend 60$ for a half done job. I will now only call and make sure I book with Jess. If any of them worked like she does no issues would have been raised. You have a great groomer there and I know that they need time off too, maybe next time replace with decent groomers versus one that obviously had no idea what customer service is about. Other than that, prices are reasonable if u get what you're looking for. Only reason I give five stars I because of previous experiences. Not graded on this last visit. read more
